You are shuttled back and forth between the app and the website without knowing which one you are using. The result is an endless loop of notifications to create a new password, one time codes, and back to a screen where the only option is “forgot password.” The app is non-intuitive to the point of being sadistic. ### 1/5 — The online review app *2026-03-05, version 6.6.5* I also would give this app one star because it is completely impossible! I cannot access it from my iPad. It just sends me back to login over and over and I told my therapist this she agrees that people are telling her it’s not working. ### 1/5 — Impossible to access *2026-01-24, version 6.6.3* After endless attempts to access the app, I went to my PT. Their office acknowledged that the app sucks.
