I have used this app for a year with out any issues. Not the app won’t load. It just spins. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and I still have the same issues. Please someone help me

Just spins. Looking for an update. Informs me to update, but no update option. Have removed and reinstalled twice (not from the cloud) Please advise. 

I’m giving 5 stars only because I have never had an issue. I do not want to give less to affect the overall reviews. However this issue is not only frustrating but unproductive. I trust it is a glitch and will be corrected.
