The biggest issue is the lack of filtering. There are no options to filter builds, counters or win rates by game mode (Ranked, Standard, ARAM, etc.) or by player rank (Bronze, Gold, Platinum+). As a result, the data appears to be combined across all players and game modes, making it much less useful if you're trying to improve in ranked play. I also noticed that the match history displays the wrong hero for games instead of the hero the player actually used, which doesn't inspire confidence in the accuracy of the data. The idea behind the site is good and I can see the potential, but in its current state I don't think it offers enough functionality to justify a paid subscription.
