However, the app doesn’t show my reservations. It will let me book one; but it doesn’t show up. Have to go to the site to see it. Same issue as another reviewer. Using the lookup by conf # feature, it asks me to login (even though I’m already logged in). Take me to the setting screen, then when I go back, it’s gone. Not very useful. ### 2/5 — App is still mostly useless *2026-04-25, version 3.0.27* I have an account and have purchased parking several times via the website while logged into my account. I’m logged into the same account on the app, but reservations booked refuse the show. I enter the confirmation number, it confirms a reservation was found, and the app asks me to log into even though I’m logged in. The next screen just randomly brings me to my settings. Then if I navigate back to reservations, it’s empty. I can’t get around this. So for the time being I still have to print my confirmation and barcode to scan and then make sure I have the print out throughout my travels. The app is only good to track the shuttles. ### 2/5 — Reservation Access in App *2025-06-27, version 3.0.9* I love the convenience of being able to purchase parking ahead of time, however, unlike other apps, there is no way to access your upcoming reservations within the app. In order for me to scan at the parking garage, I have to use the barcode from the email that was sent. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have these barcodes available within the app? There is a whole section in the app for reservations, but it never shows anything that I have purchased. They offer good parking service in a decent price range. However, when it comes to their app, it needs a significant change. Every time I enter the app, the app never shows any of my reservation. It shows an empty white screen. No matter how I try, I was not successful. Developers should update this app because I choose other parking lots more frequently because the app is not working while every other app works. I’m running the app from Iphone 16. ### 2/5 — Does Not Show Reservations *2024-12-03, version 3.0.8* I purchased parking for an upcoming trip. The app will not pull up my reservation. It just shows a blank page. I have signed out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app itself, and still nothing. I reviewed my credit card and the website to verify everything went through. The website was fine; however, the App needs work. ### 1/5 — Getting a shuttle from airport takes a REALLY long time *2024-11-14, version 3.0.8* They’re parking facilities are nice. But I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for a shuttle that picks you up at the airport to take you to the parking facility. After a long day of travel, waiting 25 minutes or more for a shuttle seems excessive. Maybe they only have one or two buses… But I’d recommend they get more. Use The Parking Spot instead… I’ve seen eight of their shuttles while waiting for one of Pre Flights to come by. ### 1/5 — New app is awful *2024-09-23, version 3.0.7* Can’t see reservations made online in the app. All contact emails are put in incorrectly making the contact us/help button ineffective. It is also quite buggy - the app says I have rewards points, but asks me to make an account to access them. Booked a reservation a while ago then downloaded the app. It is NOT intuitive how to sign in to the app. Login button is buried. Login page doesn’t register the enter key or have a submit button. I have the most recent update. Won’t let me log in and doesn’t show my reservation. So basically this app is useless. Guess I’ll have to find the email with my reservation in it when we arrive. ### 4/5 — Great Service but the app is glitchy *2024-04-10, version 3.0.5* Awesome service for parking and shuttle. Drivers are kinda and always help with bags. The app is a little slow and often times the reservation screen is blank after you reserve spot. There isn’t a way to check reservations or previous reservations on the app. Later I logged into PreFlight’s website and I now have a confirmation number and received a confirmation email. After the upgrading the app to the new layout none of the reservations show up. We were so very happy to see a PreFlight van outside the Delta terminal! The driver was extremely helpful with loading all our bags into the van … skis, boot bag, suitcases, etc!
