PreFlight is the field-ready checklist companion for drone pilots. Whether you're a Part 107 commercial operator or a hobbyist, PreFlight keeps every flight safe and documented.

CHECKLISTS THAT ADAPT
Run structured Pre-Flight, Takeoff, In-Flight, Landing, and Post-Flight checklists. The app automatically adds context-based items when conditions change — windy, cold, night, over water, or urban environments.

YOUR DRONES, YOUR TEMPLATES
Create profiles for each aircraft with serial numbers, FAA registration, and photos. Build custom checklist templates or start with the built-in set.

FLIGHT SESSION LOGGING
Every session is timestamped and logged: drone used, mission type, conditions, location, completion stats, and any notes or skip reasons. Generate professional PDF flight reports to share with clients.

OFFLINE-FIRST
Checklists, flight logging, GPS, and sun times all work without an internet connection. Your data stays on your device — no account required. Only live weather needs a signal, and you can type it in when there isn't one.

Capture where you're flying with one tap. PreFlight records GPS coordinates, altitude, and accuracy, then pulls local weather and calculates sun times for your exact position.

KNOW BEFORE YOU LAUNCH
Plain-language advisories for the things that end flights: sustained wind and gusts against your aircraft's limits, visibility below the Part 107 minimum, cold-battery conditions, high density altitude, and how long you have until civil twilight.

YOUR FLIGHT MAP
Every site you've flown, mapped. See your working area at a glance on the dashboard, open the full map, and tap any pin to jump straight to that flight's log. Already have flights logged? Add them to the map in one tap — PreFlight estimates their positions from the locations you recorded, and marks them as approximate so they're never confused with a measured GPS fix.

YOUR EXISTING LOGS ARE SAFE
Updating keeps every flight, drone, checklist, and setting exactly as it was.

CHECKLISTS THAT READ THE WEATHER
Observed conditions suggest your flight conditions with one tap, which automatically adds the matching checklist items.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
No signal? GPS, sun times, golden hour, magnetic variation, and density altitude are all calculated on your device and keep working. Weather can be entered by hand when the forecast can't be reached.

FLIGHT LOGS AND PDF EXPORTS
Conditions are frozen into each flight record and included in your exported reports.
