Been drilling preflop spots on their web version for a few months and it's genuinely helped, I make way fewer autopilot mistakes now. The app makes it even easier, just open it and run a few spots whenever you have a min, so I practice more often.
Most training tools I've tried are weak for preflop, they just deal you obvious hands. This one does mix in the awkward spots you mess up in real games. For preflop practice gotta say it's the best I've come across.
