## What is PrefTracking?

The latest innovation in the PrefSuite family is an effective tool for window manufacturers to communicate current order statuses with the customers on the go.

PrefTracking app for iPhone and iPod has the following features:
- Track orders from your manufacturer and filter by current order status, PrefWeb number and Reference ID
- Receive Push Notifications and get tracking data for deliveries (PrefXpress recommended for current data)
- Generate reminders for planned and scheduled deliveries
- Utilize Planned Deliveries view to get an organized list of planned deliveries
- View all upcoming deliveries in a convenient Calendar view 
- Review order and delivery details, using maps to get delivery address details
- Request details and assistance from Manufacturer Customer Support Representative through Email and Phone
