View your last 7 days of key health metrics in one place — steps, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, blood pressure, weight, water intake, active calories, and mindfulness minutes, all pulled automatically from Apple Health or Google Fit.

AI-Powered Pregnancy Insights
Your health data is analysed by Pregcare AI to generate personalised insights specific to your current week of pregnancy. Understand what your numbers mean for you and your baby — not just generic ranges.
