Need to cancel my purchase as the video kept getting stuck and won’t load

I can’t do any of these exercises as the video keeps stopping every 5 seconds or so, need to keep hitting the play button which is super annoying, not sure what’s the issue or how to fix it.

I liked the set up and that I had 15 min workouts but the video kept freezing and I don’t have time or patience for that. Disappointed and looking for another app that will work!

I wish I could access these videos in a fluid manner because they seem great. However I tried three different videos on three different days, and every single day it took about 30 minutes to do a 15 minute workout because the video kept freezing. It’s very annoying to see the spinning wheel and to have to lean forward and hit the pause and play button every few seconds. Canceling now…

Prepregnancy and prepandemic, I was a part time professional dancer, but now I can barely walk up my driveway without getting winded.  I am very thankful for this app.  It’s a legitimate workout that isn’t condescending, but it’s very easy on all those new sore and less flexible muscle groups in pregnancy.  Highly recommend
