### 4/5 — Good program, could be better

*2026-07-03, version 4.47.4*

The stretches are mostly 30 seconds, with no time in between to get to a different pose, so you are losing precious time. Would be nice if there were vocal instruction so you know what’s coming next. No platform on the app for feedback.

### 5/5 — Top Notch

*2026-07-01, version 4.47.4*

I am only on week 2 so can’t speak to the results yet, but so far have been really impressed. The program quiz is great at finding a good start and the ability to customize is really good. Following along with the exercises is super easy, love the ability to choose between on your own pace to following along like a class

### 5/5 — ACL recovery

*2026-07-01, version 4.47.4*

I had ACL reconstruction surgery two weeks ago. I bought this app during their 10 year anniversary sale. I’m currently following the ACL rehab program and so far it’s been good. With their online PT exercises, it has helped me activate my quad function. I will continue to use this app.

### 5/5 — Super easy to use!

*2026-06-25, version 4.47.4*

I’ve been using this app for the past 2 weeks and it’s been super easy to use and very educational. Trying to fix my rotator cuff with these PT exercises.

### 5/5 — Improvements right away

*2026-06-24, version 4.47.2*

I’ve been in physical therapy a lot and while I benefit from the deep tissue work and assistance doing exercises, prehab feels like the thing that I’ve been missing this whole time.

### 3/5 — App is very difficult to navigate

*2026-06-23*

Hard to find how to make adjustments

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback - We'd love to help out here.

First, check that the equipment filter is actually set to "no equipment" — there's a swap option that lets you switch any exercise to a no-equipment alternative, so you're not stuck with the ones that need gear. And for the zero-second transition issue, you can adjust your rest times in settings to give yourself a buffer to move to the next exercise instead of being rushed.

If it's still showing equipment exercises after switching the filter, we'd love to dig in — shoot a couple of screenshots to support@theprehabguys.com so we are able to further assist.

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2026-06-19, version 4.47.2*

High quality videos

### 5/5 — Great all around

*2026-06-15, version 4.47.1*

The exercises are simple, effective, and easily fit into your day. The app is well thought out, providing narrated video guidance, timers, and a user friendly layout.

### 5/5 — Absolutely love & worth every penny

*2026-06-15, version 4.47.1*

You can’t find this assistance or guidance across so many different levels of need or the variety of options at which to pursue them.
I’ve been lifting weights for 15 years now & Im a dental hygienist who has to constantly contort herself to meet the demands of the patient & job. I teach yoga regularly but this has helped me truly feel confident in living my life! I can come home to quadruplet 2 yr olds & throw them around after treating a patient with a spinal fusion who couldn’t rotate & be fearless about what I might tweak.
Thank you Prehab Guys (& now I see some chicks 🫶🏼) long time follower 🙏

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-13*

Amazing app to assist clients with getting their body to its best.

**Developer response:** Thank you! Love hearing it's helping you get your clients to their best — Glad to have you using it.

### 4/5 — It’s so close to borderline perfect, but it’s still great.

*2026-06-06, version 4.46.7*

2 things holding me back from 5 stars, and 2 things only:

1. A cleaner way to track progress / see what you did in the past for weights / reps / band color etc within programs.

2. Having some app stability challenges that cause me to have to force restart sessions. Not a big deal, but it’s happening slightly more frequently

3. This one doesn’t prevent 5 stars at all, but it would be cool to be able to say “I’m doing upper performance level one. Lower performance level 1 and core performance across a 6 day a week split. And have it populate the sessions for me.

I recognize I’m asking for more “fitness app” stuff, than rehab stuff, but the programming is so good I use it for both.

### 3/5 — App needs work

*2026-06-04, version 4.46.7*

It is great that I can get structured physical therapy programs that I can do at home! The exercises are great! However the app needs a lot of work
- it quits running programs while running in the background
- some educational videos take forever to load or never load
- some of the exercises have the incorrect number of sets or incorrect timing when “playing through a program”
- there’s a lot of the app that I don’t understand — it seems like there are a few different “sections” of the app that don’t talk to each other well.

### 5/5 — Chondromalacia Issues

*2026-05-29, version 4.46.6*

I recently developed chondromalacia and while PT did work, I wanted to incorporate new workouts and I’m happy I found Prehab ! Their knee rehab is amazing, I look forward to actually strengthening and conditioning with paying half the cost!! Another great thing is I’m able to work on different parts of the body and you’re getting it all from multiple physical therapists, this is truly a great app.

### 5/5 — Great help

*2026-05-20, version 4.46.3*

This app is easy to use and seems to have great, in-depth information.

### 5/5 — Game changer for patients and medical professionals!

*2026-05-20, version 4.46.3*

As a personal trainer, I use this app along with the Prehab Guys Exercise Library to help my clients get stronger and move out of pain. It is user friendly, has tons of fantastic exercises, and is science backed. Great investment!!!

### 2/5 — Took my money

*2026-05-09, version 4.45.1*

The videos helped me get through my plateaus. I subscribed to a year, AND THEN!!! They can’t find my account. So no access for me even though I paid. I’m emailing back and forth, it’s been a few days with me not being able to access the app, despite paying for a whole year. Unacceptable business practices!

Yeah. Still no help.

### 5/5 — 10/10 Recommend

*2026-05-07, version 4.45.0*

I used Prehab Fitness program at the beginning of 2022 to help get my body ready for my women’s tackle football season. The program was instrumental in preparing my body to compete at the highest level. I attribute my three MVP awards ( WNFC league MVP, Team USA MVP, Texas Elite MVP) national championship and world championship to the foundation that Prehab built. Their programs WORK!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Refund not possible

*2026-07-16, version 4.47.5*

I was trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund as per their 30 day guarantee. It’s not true. When I was trying to get a refund, if you are using your Iphone to subscribe to the app, they are not able to help you. No refunds. Apple did not honor the 30 day guarantee either. Such a shame. Be careful.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2026-06-19, version 4.47.2*

You sign up for a no equipment program because you don’t have equipment and 5 of the 7 exercises they give you require equipment, also zero seconds to switch to the next exercise

### 1/5 — Feels like a scam - no way to cancel

*2026-06-08, version 4.46.8*

I signed up for a free 7 day trial from their Instagram page with my credit card info. Downloaded the app, but it says my trial is not active and that I would need to pay for another subscription once again.

In the meantime, I’ve received an email saying that I’m going to be charged $200 unless I cancel before my trial is up. But there is no way to cancel from the app, and I’ve sent three emails over the 3 days to get help, but no one has responded yet.

### 1/5 — Don’t fall for the 7 day trial

*2026-04-09, version 4.42.6*

I wanted to check the app out because it was recommended to me. Did the 7 day trial to check it out. 3 days into it found out my insurance was covering my PT so I decided I wasn’t gonna use it so I canceled it. However after the 7 days passed I was charged for the full year which is $200. Even my App Store already says that it’s gonna be canceled April NEXT YEAR, since I had already decided to cancel it. Do not advertise a “free” trial when it’s not.

### 1/5 — Bad customer support

*2026-04-05, version 4.42.6*

I prepaid for an annual subscription that I have been unable to access since getting a new phone. It has taken three days going back back-and-forth with a runaround just for them to tell me since I bought through Apple, they couldn’t help me. I used my Apple ID to purchase and when I login with my Apple ID on my new phone, it acts like I’m a new subscriber. So after paying basically $200 and not getting my full membership they are sending me back to Apple, which will not give me a refund.
*
Update as it will not let me respond to the developer. I went through their customer support before posting here, to no avail. I also requested a refund on Apple and it was rejected. I paid for a year and only got six months. They have no ability to restore my purchase on their site. This is a scam. Reading their other negative messages forces it.

### 1/5 — Selecting the Hurt Body Part

*2026-04-03, version 4.42.6*

I am new to the app but I spent 30 minutes try to select my calves and I couldn’t select them. I restarted the app, I deleted it and then re-downloaded it. And I still wasn’t able to select my calves, if this is supposed to be a rehab physical therapy app, but the skeletal muscular 3-D figure is faulty, it’s very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Deceptive

*2026-03-31, version 4.42.5*

In case someone out there is thinking about getting this app, double check. I was looking to try the app put as you need a subscription to surf around. They market a 7-day free trial, however it is not for any subscription. I got the one month subscription thinking I had a 7-day free trial but the charged me right away. No trial, no chance to explore the app, just a quick money grab. You won't get a refund from apple and no the wording isn't clear. It is marketed as an app meant to help people but it's a money grab instead.

Onto the app, it's clunky and not as smooth to use. The plans are cookie cutters and not really personalized to you. You can target areas but you can't target specific issues. These aren't personalized plans as they market it. Which is the only reason I wanted to check out the app before a purchase. Developers did an ok job, but they have this no refund set because they know it's not a well developed app. No hard feelings, just the truth. Enjoy my $50 😁

### 1/5 — Bad customer support

*2026-03-25, version 4.42.3*

I prepaid for an annual subscription that I have been unable to access since getting a new phone. It has taken three days going back back-and-forth with a runaround just for them to tell me since I bought through Apple, they couldn’t help me. I used my Apple ID to purchase and when I login with my Apple ID on my new phone, it acts like I’m a new subscriber. So after paying basically $200 and not getting my full membership they are sending me back to Apple, which will not give me a refund.

### 1/5 — Careful with the free trial

*2026-03-13, version 4.42.0*

I was recommended this app by my physical therapist. The app looks fantastic however they state they have a seven day free trial. But they immediately bill you 19.99 and then it says they’re gonna bill you for the next year shortly after that. Which is $199.00. The money is not a problem, but I don’t appreciate the deception.

### 1/5 — Pretty scammy

*2026-03-13, version 4.42.0*

The price does not match the quality. The price structure and number of hoops and platforms you have to jump through to cancel screams were trying to scam people for the annual fee of $200. At one point in a tempting to cancel it asks something like, “ do you want to be healthy or risk being in pain” and to continue the cancelation process you have to click risk being in pain. Definitely intentional that the subscription doesn’t go through the App Store where it’s easy to cancel and jumps you from the app to the website to your email back to the website, each one hoping someone thinks they’ve completed the process. the workouts are like, “do pushups” with a 30 second count down. Anyway that’s my rant

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Essential for my rehab goals

*2026-08-21*

The app has been very useful for my rehab. I’ve had a bunch of issues here and there and the app allows me to tackle all the different issues no matter how niche it may be

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the kind words! Glad the app has been useful for your rehab. Covering the niche stuff is something we care a lot about, so it's great to hear it's holding up across all the different issues you've run into. Wishing you continued progress!

### 5/5 — Wealth of Library Content

*2026-08-10, version 4.56.0*

This is quite a bit of good content and programs beyond what my PT prescribed and I’m glad following this for my shoulder recovery. The programs are extensive and target each area. I’m using this for warming up and injury prevention as well. On my road to recovery…

### 5/5 — Quality content

*2026-07-30, version 4.52.0*

Loved the app. Great exercises. Used it to help with Achilles Tendinitis. Simple straightforward, and easy to use

### 5/5 — Clear progress

*2026-07-16, version 4.47.5*

I am 4 weeks in on the back rehab program and I’m starting to see improvement. I really like that there is a class option where you follow a video or an exercise option once you know what to do. I’m excited to progress to a Prehab program after this and build back up to fitness.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-07-11, version 4.47.5*

This has been a godsend - I’ve been able to do quality PT on a severe low back injury from my home, which greatly increases my ability to stick to this plan. The pain relief I’ve already experienced with the low back rehab in week 4 is tremendous. Looking forward to the Prehab one!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-07-08*

Great content

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! We're thrilled the content has been helpful for you. We put a lot into making it practical and easy to follow, so this really means a lot. Thanks for being part of the [P]rehab community!

### 5/5 — Easy to Navigate

*2026-07-06*

I’ve only gone through a couple of sessions but I find the app very easy to navigate which is actually a big thing for me. Anything that removes friction & helps me complete my rehab exercises reinforces consistency which is what will produce results. The exercises seem solid as well. I also really like how there is a class mode that explains everything & an exercise mode that just hits your programs exercises to save time once you know what to expect. This mode automatically starts timers & progresses from exercise to exercise. I find it to be another way the app assists me with compliance.

I’ll note that my chiropractor was able to provide me with a letter of medical necessity which allowed me to use HSA funds for my initial purchase. If you don’t have a provider but want to use FSA/HSA, Prehab guys partnered with Truemed where you can get an LMN for a nominal cost. As I understand it, they review your case to ensure legitimacy & then process the LMN for you. It’s work it if you have funds to use but be aware, you may also be able to get one from your own provider.

**Developer response:** Wow, thank you for such a thoughtful review! You've completely captured what we set out to build. Reducing friction so you actually stay consistent is exactly the goal, because that's where real results come from. We're so glad the navigation feels effortless and that both Class Mode and Exercise Mode are working for you the way we intended, especially those auto-timers and transitions in Exercise Mode to keep you moving. Thank you also for sharing your experience with the letter of medical necessity and our Truemed partnership. That's incredibly helpful for others looking to use their FSA/HSA funds, and you explained it perfectly. Wishing you continued progress in your rehab, and thank you for being part of the [P]rehab community!

### 5/5 — Unique Approach to (P)Rehab Outside of Doctor’s Office

*2026-07-06, version 4.47.5*

After hip labral repair surgery, I’ve had some unexpected effects due to compensation, including feet and ankle issues. I just started both the hip and foot/ankle rehab programs, and I know I did the right thing getting this app. It’s not always convenient to PT in person due to the amount of time spent, but allowing me to customize how much time I can spend and how often makes recovery more attainable. I am love the idea also that once I progress, I can “Prehab” to ensure I’m doing what I can to keep mobile and prevent injury.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-07-05, version 4.47.5*

Perhab really got me feeling great

### 5/5 — My go to PT

*2026-07-02, version 4.47.4*

Love having this at my fingertips, each day I assess my body needs, find a workout that I match to my need! Can check in with the app how I’m feeling, the app makes suggestions for quick exercises!
