## What is Preheat?

Preheat turns the cooking videos you save into recipes you actually cook.

Share a TikTok, a Reel, a YouTube video, a Pinterest pin, or any recipe website to Preheat and it becomes a structured recipe: ingredients with quantities, step-by-step instructions, and timers pulled right from the source.

Then cook it with Cook Mode — a guided, kitchen-proof view built for messy hands: big type, one step at a time, and parallel timers that keep running on your lock screen while the pasta boils and the sauce reduces.

IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE
• TikTok and Instagram — share the video or paste a link
• YouTube, Pinterest, and recipe websites
• Photos of cookbook pages, handwritten cards, or screenshots

COOK MODE
• Step-by-step guidance with big, glanceable type
• Run several timers at once, each named after what it times
• Live Activities: timers on your lock screen and Dynamic Island

YOUR KITCHEN, ORGANIZED
• Sort your recipes into cookbooks
• Build a grocery list from any recipe
• Scale servings up or down — the quantities recalculate
• Switch between metric and US units
• Ingredient icons, search, and edit anything any time
• Sign in with Apple to back up your recipes

FREE AND PRO
Cooking is free forever — every feature above, no cap. Free accounts get a welcome batch of 10 imports in the first week, then 1 import per week. Preheat Pro removes the import cap: unlimited imports, monthly or annual — the annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Recipes you import are for personal use in your own kitchen.
