## What is Preiss Residents?

Welcome to the Preiss app! Enjoy the same convenience of your desktop resident portal in a mobile optimized experience that lets you post photos and respond to events and polls on your community wall! You can also make payments for your rent right from the convenience of your device!     

Need to enter a service request and can't get into the office? No problem. Simply click on the Service Requests menu option for supported communities where you can log a service request and even track the history of the maintenance updates.     

Can't find your property's phone number of office hours? All of that is located under the general info section of the application with easy 'tap-to-dial' functionality.

Should all be done through the app. Unfortunately the app is always down and doesn’t work. Put in my username and password and then it’s a blank screen.

This is the 3rd app I have had to download to pay for rent at GCV and it’s the same app that we already were using, except the background of the icon is red instead of black. 0/10 would not recommend
