## What is Preloss?

Preloss turns a five-minute phone video into insurance-ready proof of what you own.

If your home were damaged tomorrow, could you list everything you'd need to replace — and prove you owned it? Most people can't. Preloss fixes that before disaster strikes, not after.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Walk through each room with your phone's camera, narrating as you go.
2. Preloss extracts frames from your video and uses AI vision to identify your belongings.
3. Within minutes, you get an itemized inventory — item names, estimated replacement values, and room assignments.
4. Generate a professional PDF report, ready to hand to your insurance company or keep on file for a claim.

BUILT FOR INSURANCE, NOT JUST ORGANIZING
• GPS location tagging confirms where each walkthrough was recorded.
• A tamper-evident checksum is generated on your device the moment you record, and printed on every page of your PDF report.
• Reports can span multiple rooms and multiple walkthroughs, so you can document a whole home over time.
• Re-record any room any time — Preloss keeps the history instead of throwing away your prior documentation.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your raw video never leaves your phone. Preloss only uploads still frames extracted from the video for analysis — not the video itself. You control what you record and can delete a walkthrough at any time.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Homeowners and renters preparing for a first-time or annual insurance review
• Anyone in a wildfire, flood, hurricane, or other disaster-prone area who wants a head start if the worst happens
• Landlords documenting furnished units between tenants
• Anyone who has ever tried to reconstruct a home inventory from memory after a loss, and never wants to do that again

Preloss doesn't replace your insurance policy or adjuster — it gives you documentation so that conversation starts from evidence, not guesswork.
