App gets stuck on messages and just doesn’t load new ones. Had to go to the online version a lot. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-04-09, version 3.2.3* This the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. It’s constantly kicking me out of the portal, or failing/crashing entirely, forcing me to delete it and re-download. Inexcusable given how important the health info and ability to communicate with my clinic is. This is not a version issue either, it’s been like this for over a year. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-04-09, version 3.2.3* This app logged you out anytime it has trouble connecting or you switched screens for one second. You constantly have to re-enter your email and then get a verification text message with a code every time you get logged out. This app also has a terrible time downloading any information, and half the time it will kick out because it has having trouble connecting to its server. whatever happened to just emailing? All conveniently in one place and phone calls. If you’re gonna have an app, make sure that it actually works. ### 1/5 — Absolutely hate this app *2026-03-17, version 3.2.0* I’ve never had so many issue with an app. Constantly signs me out even when I’m in the middle of writing my clinic. Won’t let me sign in most of the time. Makes the whole IVF process 50 times worse. ### 1/5 — No longer opens *2026-01-12, version 3.1.8* Since Friday this app refuses to open. I’ve removed it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, etc. Before then, it stopped giving me notifications. The concept is great, the execution is beyond terrible. We get extremely time-sensitive medical instructions on this app and multiple times a day you have to request a code to log back in. I’ve missed important messages that have delayed my fertility journey from being logged out after just sending a message to my care team. I am beyond angry and frustrated. When you message them, they’ll tell you “we’re aware and we’re working on it.” I don’t understand how medical offices adopted this app. It’s beyond insane to me. ### 1/5 — App sucks *2025-12-11, version 3.1.6* Logs you out every time you go back in the app. Such a hassle to login every single time ### 2/5 — Notifications *2025-12-02, version 3.1.4* PLEASE for the love of God, fix the notifications. Having to repeatedly open the app to see if I have messages for time sensitive medical information is the most frustrating thing in the world. I have checked all of my settings, everything I possible could do to fix this, I have done. Which means it is a problem with the app itself. Fix it ASAP! ### 1/5 — If I could give this 0 stars I would *2025-11-24, version 3.1.4* This is truly a horrible app. In the six months I’ve been forced to use it I’ve had to submit multiple bug tickets. It logs you out after just a minute or two and fails to provide consistent or reliable notifications. This app is supposed to support time sensitive medical messaging and instead exacerbates an extremely challenging process, contributing to the overall stress of fertility rather than facilitating care. I highly suggest the makers revamp their development team. I really hope my clinic doesn’t have to pay for this app. ### 1/5 — Your most annoying useless “app” *2025-10-24, version 3.1.2* This is only a wrapper around the webpage, but it can’t even remember your email and every single time you want to eg check your messages you have to type in your emails address, wait for a code in email, type it in too, then you can login…Of course there is no face ID support in 2025… Absolutely useless and so annoying. Why not allow a strong passcode and ask to change, or send to sms or authenticator code!! You only have this one option !! So inconvenient! This service is typically for family health, and we usually need to check husband/wife account to see if any important message from doctor or nurses! Accessing each other’s email every time to get code is not easy! Give us the permission to use other login method which is also very secure!!! ### 2/5 — Needs to revert to previous version *2025-10-15, version 3.1.1* This app used to work nearly flawlessly. My Dr uses it but I never get anything in a timely manner. It shows test results as unseen that I have seen multiple times trying to get the notification to go away and now you have to get a code sent to you to sign in which is annoying. Today I got a message in the app that I need to update to the latest version however the App Store says the update was 2 weeks ago and I’m already running the latest… not impressed to say the least… ### 1/5 — Frequent Logouts *2025-09-10, version 3.0.7* This app’s frequently kickes me out is beyond frustrating. When I receive push notifications that I have a new message, lab report, document etc. I can’t actually access the information through the app because it won’t load. Can’t access anything within the app and upon contacting support I am told to “try logging out and then back in”. So I do that and it doesn’t work as well as trying to delete and re-download the app, and I cannot get back in. While I appreciate the convenience, I've noticed occasional delays in updates and responses. ### 3/5 — Not a fan. *2026-01-02, version 3.1.7* My fertility clinic uses this app. I have made sure that I have all of my notifications on but I never receive any (very rarely I’ll receive one through email). 90% of the time my messages won’t send and I have to retry multiple times. Communication through the app sucks honestly. ### 3/5 — No notifications *2024-03-18* For an app that works with fertility clinics, which deal with very time sensitive events, and doesn’t push notifications is nonsensical. However, it’s easy to chat with clinic staff and upload documents. ### 3/5 — No notifications *2024-02-06, version 2.1.0* The app does not send notification alerts like a normal app. If I have lab results or a message in the portal It does not alert me. I have to remember to check. The lab values don’t give a normal range and you can’t see any notes or after visit summaries from providers.
