## What is Prelude?

Prelude helps you walk into interviews, presentations, difficult conversations, and other high-pressure moments with a plan you can actually use.

Start with what is ahead and what you want from it. Prelude turns that into a clear, personal preparation plan: your objective, an opening to make your own, possible reactions, and practical next steps.

When it is time to get ready, you can rehearse at your own pace. Work through your opening and likely reactions, then use Recenter for a short breathing or grounding reset whenever you need one.

With Prelude, you can:

• Prepare for interviews, presentations, difficult conversations, and more
• Turn a situation into a focused plan and a clear first step
• Practice responses without recording or grading yourself
• Recenter with guided breathing or grounding exercises
• Save plans, reflect afterward, and return to what you learned
• Export or permanently delete your account data from Profile

Prelude is for adults 18 and over. It is a preparation tool, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or crisis-care advice.
