Worse thing ever is the black on red scores for live matches, which is impossible to read. Helpful to quickly be able to see the fixtures and results. ### 2/5 — Unfriendly app hard to use *2024-06-02* Been through the painful process of buying tickets for the final on this app. Really hard to navigate around and find seats and then unhelpful process to buy. Don’t get confirmation of your seat and have now spent 20 minutes trying to download a ticket for the game but their directions are rubbish so still trying. Rugby deserves so much more. ### 1/5 — Just terrible *2024-05-20, version 3.9.0* Trying to redeem a ticket code is horrifically complicated. Hidden deep within the fixtures section. Unclear instructions online. A few of us trying to follow and seeing completely different screens. After multiple attempts managed to select screen seemingly at random where I could enter a code, but don't back my chances of finding ever again. A load of useful, but piss poor at functionality you actually need. Very difficult to locate tickets and still not been given redemption code to get final tickets. Twickenham app much better! ### 1/5 — Some matches in full not others *2024-09-22, version 3.11.0* No idea why they only host some full games and not others - makes no sense ### 1/5 — No PRTV, No point *2024-09-20, version 3.11.0* This year there are no live matches which was worth the £100 subscription for the half dozen I watched over the year. But paying £400 to watch it on tnt is over the top. Keeps resetting and logging you out. Takes 24 hrs to transfer tickets to family members coming with me and then on the day struggled to view the qr code as limited reception at Twickenham with the crowds. After entering the code, you couldn’t navigate to the accept button! There were other navigation issues when trying to scroll through parts of the site,.. if my engineers could reduced this and QA team passed, there would be consequences! Also tried to book parking, but simply not possible, despite having an option to book tickets and parking! ### 1/5 — Poorly designed and so many unnecessary questions *2024-05-30, version 3.9.1* So hard to redeem tickets. You enter the code and it does nothing. So you have to go back to the home screen and then back to your ticket area and then the ticket shows. They also ask you a ridiculous amount of personal data (GDPR?) to get a ticket in the app ### 1/5 — Old tech *2024-05-29, version 3.9.1* The app is old tech and very difficult to use, it freezes and in order to download the shared tickets you have to completely log out of the app and log back in for it to recognise that they have been sent over. About 100 people around me all stuck outside with no tickets showing.
