## What is PremiChart?

PremiChart finds the moments in market history that look most like today — and shows you what happened next, right on the chart.

WHAT HISTORY DID NEXT
• HERD searches decades of past setups for the ones most like the current one, then draws what actually followed them as purple candles on the timeframe you're viewing
• Crowd-psychology gauges mark where fear, greed, capitulation and exhaustion sit right now
• HEAT and OB/OS read momentum intensity candle by candle
• BUY / SELL stance labels, tagged with how closely history matches — context, not a recommendation
• Earnings flags with per-quarter EPS details right on the chart

TRADE-READY CHARTS
• Smooth candlestick charts with crosshair, pinch zoom, axis stretch, and landscape mode
• Symbol math — chart any ratio like SPY/BTC-USD or GLD/UGA, with the same indicators
• MA50 / MA200 with dashed extensions
• Line, area, and log scale options
• Price and signal alerts for the exact timeframe you chart

DAILY PICKS FROM REAL FILINGS
• Every market day: stocks where insiders are actually buying with their own money, straight from SEC Form 4 filings
• Ranked ideas with quality signals — who bought, how much, and how recently

YOUR WHOLE PORTFOLIO
• Track positions with live P&L, one marker per buy lot on the chart, and a full trade ledger
• Dividends accrue day by day, and compounding is drawn out year by year — not just a formula
• Portfolio Adjustments flags concentration and idle cash, with the reasoning in plain language
• Watchlists for stocks, ETFs and crypto with real-time refresh

### 5/5 — Easy way to keep track of my portfolio

*2026-08-09*

I mostly use this to keep an eye on my portfolio and it's been really handy for that. My favorite part is the Analysis tab that pulls in the news, so I can quickly see what's going on with my stocks without jumping between apps. The chart felt a little overwhelming to me at first, but I think that's just me getting used to it, and I like it more the more I use it. Happy with it so far.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.18 — 2026-09-10

Two small things that make the app quicker to read.

The HERD grade on your Watchlist. Every stock on your list now shows the
grade of the HERD pattern its chart opens on — "B · 76%↑" — right beside
the symbol. It is the same letter you see next to RE-ALIGN on the chart:
how many of the 20 similar past setups moved the same way. An A is rare and
shows in gold, so the strongest patterns on your list stand out without
opening each chart. Premium, like HERD itself.

"Before you begin" now appears once. The informational-only notice was
showing on every launch for some signed-in users. It now shows a single time
and then stays out of the way.

HERD describes what followed similar setups in the past. It is not a
prediction, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance.

### 1.2.17 — 2026-09-10

This release opens the door, and grades the HERD patterns.

Look around first. The app no longer asks you to create an account before
you have seen a chart. Open it, browse any stock, build a watchlist, try the
indicators — and register when you decide it is worth keeping. Your choice
is remembered.

What you build as a guest comes with you. When you do create an account,
your watchlist, trade journal, settings and portfolio positions move into it.
This happens only when you register, only into a brand-new account, and
never on a plain sign-in — nothing you built is ever handed to someone else.

A gentle reminder to keep it. Once you have a few symbols or a position, the
app will ask — never on the day you installed it, at most once a session, a
week apart, and it stops asking after three no's.

Every HERD pattern now carries its grade. Beside RE-ALIGN you will see, for
the purple pattern on screen, how many of the 20 similar past setups moved
the same way — "#2 · 100% · GRADE A". Press RE-ALIGN and the next pattern
brings its own number, so you can compare them. A is rare (85% agreement or
more) and shows in gold. The dashed purple cone is the range where those past
setups actually landed; tap the grade to read what it means and how often
that much agreement played out in back-testing.

You may also be asked to rate the app after adding a stock. If you like it,
that is where a star helps most.

HERD describes what followed similar setups in the past. It is not a
prediction, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance.

### 1.2.16 — 2026-09-07

This release is about the chart behaving when you push it.

Log scale. Zooming the price axis out on a log chart could crush everything —
candles, moving averages, every overlay — into a thin band at the top of the
pane, above an axis reading zero. Nothing but a double-tap brought it back. The
log chart now zooms and pans in log space, so zooming out shows more of the
price range instead of collapsing it. The default log view is unchanged.

The HERD pattern sits on the dates it was drawn for. Reading the date under the
purple pattern used to give a different answer on different timeframes — the
same pattern could read two months apart on a weekly chart and a daily one, and
the weekly chart was the one that was wrong. Three separate causes: a stock
looked like a 24/7 market when you opened the chart at a weekend, the crosshair
worked out future dates from the wrong bar spacing, and the purple dates along
the bottom were positioned independently of the purple bars above them. Every
timeframe now names the same week for the same pattern.

Panning with several overlays on. With HEAT, OB/OS and HERD all switched on,
dragging the chart does measurably less work per frame than it did. This one is
better rather than finished: a chart carrying every overlay still moves less
smoothly than a bare one, and the rest of that work is still ahead.

HERD describes what followed similar setups in the past. It is not a
prediction, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance.

### 1.2.15 — 2026-09-05

This release is almost entirely about the numbers being right, and about the
app telling you the truth when something goes wrong.

Your portfolio's own arithmetic. Every holding row printed its share count and
average cost beside a total that did not follow from them. The row now says
what each figure is. Deleting a holding tells you, before you confirm, exactly
how many closed trades and how much realized profit or loss go with it —
that was silent before, and there is no undo. Sell out of everything and your
realized results stay on screen instead of disappearing behind "no positions".

Alerts stop outliving their positions. Delete a holding and its daily % move
alert is switched off with it, so you no longer get notified about a stock you
no longer own.

Guards where money is entered. A trade can no longer be dated in the future.
Trying to sell more shares than you hold no longer previews a tidy result
underneath the refusal. A negative cash amount is refused instead of being
quietly saved as a positive one. Two portfolios can no longer share a name.

The Analysis tab works on ratio and index symbols. Choosing something like
SPY/BTC-USD used to paint a screen of "Failed to load" and leave the verdict
stuck on "Evaluating…" forever. Those cards now load, the few that genuinely
cannot are named once and honestly, and a card that fails can be retried.
Just as important: a reading that failed to load is no longer shown as BUY. It
says it has no read, because it does not.

Numbers that agree with each other. The projection card's percentage and its
price pointed at different quantities and could disagree on direction; they now
come from one figure. "Current" prices match the rest of the app. Dates are
shown in your timezone, not the server's. News sections carry recent news
instead of stories two months old.

A calmer chart. With several overlays on, the legends covered each other and
covered the readings underneath — they now sit in one column and everything
clears them. The Ledger agrees with the chart above it. Adding a position from
the chart works on the first attempt of a session rather than the second.

Watchlist. Removing a stock can be undone for a few seconds. Adding one already
on your list says so instead of doing nothing. Searching from inside a folder
names the folder.

Every number keypad has a Done button. Price, share and percent fields open a
keypad with no Return key, so hiding it meant tapping somewhere safe and hoping.
Sixteen fields across eleven popups now carry a Done bar.

HERD describes what followed similar setups in the past. It is not a
prediction, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance.

### 1.2.14 — 2026-09-04

Premium features now look premium. Everything the subscription unlocks is
marked in gold and says so — HERD, Future Price Estimate, Portfolio
Projection and Adjustments, and Daily Picks — so what you are paying for is
clear at a glance rather than discovered by tapping.

One bell per symbol. The chart used to carry two alert buttons that read as
the same feature. Now there is one: Notify. It is the same switch as the bell
on a watchlist row, so turning a symbol on in either place turns it on in
both. Price-level alerts have not gone away — they moved one tap inside it,
as "Alert at a price instead".

Trade Coach reads each holding from HEAT, OB/OS and HERD together, in plain
language, with direction and sizing. It runs before you buy, inside Add
Position, and now opens with the position itself instead of sitting at the
foot of the tab.

HERD comparison. When a HERD path is frozen on the chart, the price that
actually followed is drawn in yellow over it, so you can judge the historical
setup for yourself. Intraday timeframes included. Re-aligning is one tap now,
and no longer fails on symbols with short history.

Fixes: the offline indicator no longer stays stuck after the network comes
back, a currency display error, a deep link that would not open, and the
entry-price form that could hang on "Loading..." when adding a position.

HERD describes what followed similar setups in the past. It is not a
prediction, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance.
