So frustrating!! ### 3/5 — Good but could be more consistent… *2026-05-16, version 6.37.0* I like how the app links to FUB but I wish you would have to use the FUB phone number vs your actual number since different services respond at different rates. Also, when the calls come in it’s hard to decipher if I’m supposed to be pressing 1 or if I need to hit the green button in the app because the app is so delayed in sending the push notification after the call is answered - So I end missing it since I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be doing - A lil frustrating. ### 3/5 — Property page doesn’t open *2026-02-03, version 6.35.0* I have missed so many opportunities because after I answer the phone, the property page doesn’t show up. It will start giving the person’s name and info but my screen still has the page from when I first answer. You can’t accept a lead when the accept button isn’t there to press. Often times, I’m trying to get it to do something and someone else claims it. It’s super frustrating!! ### 2/5 — Zillow leads monthly pay *2025-08-22, version 6.32.0* Zillow had the best lead service available. Since january of 2025 they changed all the direct connections and they do not pre vet leads anymore. Most leads will can el the showing the day of or never show up. They will send maybe 1-2 leads a month that are ready to go and want to go through the process. Ive asked for refunds for the month many times. They need to go back to the lead systems they had in 2023 where real people verified the leads ahead of time. This service has gone way down hill. They have done nothing that I know of to help give agents an advantage in the market, they just keep pushing more monthly money for each agent. They arent hearing all the problems and they do not want to fix anything. August 2025 ### 1/5 — Frozen App *2025-07-01, version 6.32.0* I have deleted and reinstalled this app several times. Especially if you have another app open when you receive a call. So you have to frantically close all apps before taking a call. The leads were consistently poor quality—many were already working with other agents, uninterested in buying, or simply confused individuals upset about open houses that didn’t even exist. Despite the high cost, the return was abysmal. In the last three months alone, I received zero viable leads. When I called to cancel the service due to its ineffectiveness, I was assured it would be handled. Yet months later, I was shocked to receive a collections notice from Zillow for charges I do not owe. This behavior feels deceptive and exploitative. Zillow continues to charge agents exorbitant fees for worthless leads, then turns around and sends them to collections when they try to walk away. It’s unethical, and frankly, outrageous that a company operating this way is still in business. Something needs to change. This is a terrible waste of money and a money grab , by very cautious and do not be enticed by what can only be described as propaganda! As a fellow realtor who understands the path and challenges we face the solution is not Zillow ### 1/5 — Terrible Do not waste or money *2025-02-21, version 6.28.0* I've signed up and has been paying almost $1000 a month We never received the amount of leads we were promised Then our representative at Zillow no longer work there we were not assigned to another representative No, this month we haven't received a single call and they are still billing us and we have no representative. We have called and emails they open case a case and then close it without any response The only way you should invest in this is if you'd like to burn money Between the incredibly pathetic customer service and the lack of real leads. It does not allow you to remove your requests that weee not needed. The new “ pause connections” feature that was introduced for agents does not even work. I have multiple agents on my team complaining that they connect with somebody and then the call drops and they are counted as a connection. Agents pay way too much money for this app to be this glitchy and caused this many issues ### 1/5 — Awful app *2024-12-12, version 6.25.0* After their customer service department “fixed the problem” the app still continues to fail ### 1/5 — DO NOT PAY FOR THIS *2024-10-29, version 6.22.1* I have had cero results from this app and for some reason they are allow to not fulfill their commitment on the contract which is giving you leads but I am not allow to get out of this expense that gives me cero results, it is a totally waste of money. All the leads I’ve gotten have been fake and have put me in very dangerous situations. DO NOT PAY FOR IT BECAUSE ONCE YOU REALIZE IT DOES NOTHING THEY WILL NOT DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT!! I have never had more technical issues with an app than this one. Received a call to be put in touch with a lead, and the app would not allow me to accept the lead, ghosting out the connect button so I could not continue. I then try to get into the app, and it completely has logged me out and magically forgot my password. This has happened three times for three leads lost, moving me to the back of the line for receiving leads. Awful product. ### 1/5 — Referrals are a joke. *2026-07-02, version 6.38.0* I keep getting different leads to the same houses from people who can’t prequalify. And the people who eventually buy a home, it’s months a work and 20 homes later on my end. Your referral rates are a joke and need to on a sliding scale. I am on my 5th month and have yet to be connected with any real leads. I have been called and picked up at least a dozen potential leads but not one single connection has been legitimate. So disappointed. Both their automated chat and phone support will not work with me since they are unable to associate my phone or email to an account. She sent me a picture of my subscription and it said canceled right next to it so as anyone else would’ve thought, I believed she canceled it. Well, that wasn’t the case, a month later I get charged almost $400 for this horrible service. I’ve been trying to reach out to Zillow via phone, Facebook, and their help support website and after at least two months I have gotten nothing back.
