Trying to make a transfer to another bank and can’t for days surfing this site. Sent virtual messages, still no help rendered and can’t get a call number to even call directly for support ### 4/5 — Friendly Banking *2023-06-19* From the opening of my account to setting up online banking the employees of Premier Community Credit Union had me all set up. They were endorsed according to your instructions. Both times it took multiple attempts to make the deposit happen. Then it magically happens. Also the endorsement instructions in the app do not include the words “only to PCCU”. Those words appear only in the rejection notification. I endorse it as asked “For mobile deposit only to PCCU” then the account number, but I ALWAYS get this error message: “DEPOSIT REJECTED You must endorse your check and include ‘For mobile deposit only to PCCU’.” Somebody need to fix this crap. Who wants to attempt to make a mobile deposit 8-10 times before it gets accepted?? Not me!! If these things aren’t fixed I can look for somewhere else to bank. ••PLUS, I’ve been using an online bill pay app for years, and since you changed your web page developer you are not comparable with their app anymore. Making it hard to use my money in your bank to pay my bills.
