All I get is “Something has gone wrong. Please try later.” Then when it finally accepts my details it produces a response with no QR code for the kiosk. ( 2 fans waiting… that did their job. Air conditioning not available but that’s the story throughout the vast majority of the hotel industry. However the breakfast experience was “poor” ( that is a polite comment). Poorly maintained breakfast room with badly worn and “patched” bench seating furniture, sticky old, Old OLD carpets and furniture , sticky table … I could easily continue. Thereafter a continental breakfast x2 without croissants and pastries ( had asked for but was dismissed with the answer “ it’ll take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare” what ? why? … surely it was a bag to open and tip into the empty basket… orange juice not correctly mixed… way too concentrated ( had anyone tried this before service ?!? )and then the coffee machine… well 2 coffees later, sounded like the machine went through its paces but in reality served up a milky, insipid peculiar unrelated to coffee “mix” ( the coffee bean hopper was 2/3 filled). At this point and now c. £20 later we called time and left… not a great experience and suggest that PREMIER INN HOTELS are in the right business for “Sleep and Meet” … but not great with the “Eat” bit of the hospitality offer… over to you Premier Inn Hotels… ### 4/5 — Overall great stays *2026-07-04, version 4.57* Always good stays but noticed last stay in Bournemouth that breakfast was not as good and not as much choice as previously. Not sure if we will go for breakfast again but go out in future which is a shame. ### 3/5 — No humans *2026-06-30, version 4.57* I always book with premier inn when I go away. My main bug bear is you can’t speak to a human via phone. I Want to ask a simple question, but you’re put through to a robot. When you do phone, no one answers. Subsequent login fails with incorrect username or password. Eventually solved by resetting password. Doesn’t allow population with password manager (proton pass). Disappointing that password limited to only one number and no special characters. Once initial self reg issues resolved, app worked well for adding existing booking and booking to Apple wallet functionality. Build: 4.5.6, iPhone16, iOS 26.5 ### 5/5 — Tolle App - besonders Check-in Online und der digitaler Zimmerschlüssel *2026-06-02* Wirklich super. Besonders schön, dass man den Zimmerschlüssel jetzt auf dem Handy nutzen kann. Man muss noch nicht mal die App öffnen, sondern nur das Telefon im Fahrstuhl oder an der Zimmertür gegen das Schloss halten. Booking. Sollte es nicht andersrum sein, oder zumindest gleich? Ich möchte diesen Buchungsportalen aus dem Weg gehen, aber selbst Schuld, so geht ein Teil der Einnahmen eben an diese Anbieter. Aber anstatt Direktbucher zu belohnen, bestraft man sie obendrein noch.
