Like so many Companies that do this - this one is unfortunately no different. They probably sell themselves well up front - on the back end they need some serious help with their overall professionalism, lack of favoritism, and overall responsiveness. I had a contesting set of questions about a new upgrade to our clubhouse - totally ignored until it was too late. Darrick was the one that failed in this area - company as a whole needs better management and oversight. As a result, I feel that we all paid way over what we should have.
