Plus it is not possibile to do even basic things like requesting a receipt for a ride, or cancel / modify an existing one. ### 1/5 — Always late *2019-07-14, version 23.0.0* I booked them twice for airport runs. They were just over ten minutes late on both occasions. The first time the driver called ahead and gave me a reasonably accurate ETA. So I thought I’d give them a second chance. The second time there was no heads up and when I called I was “being managed” with respect to the ETA. When I complained to the driver, he looked at me, puzzled, and said that it is a minicab service after all. Bear in mind both bookings were to the airport. ### 1/5 — To Much Hassle *2018-12-28, version 23.0.0* Tried to get a web site quote and the web page didn’t work. Used the chat facility which worked well and I felt positive. Downloaded the App, very buggy, read the few reviews there were and was not confident in the service as a result. Did try to book but the App was confusing and poorly designed so didn’t book. A company with poor attention to detail and adverse reviews for the simple task of getting people from A to B does not inspire confidence so I will use local companies. Needs a better App and web site. ### 1/5 — App non functional *2018-12-17, version 23.0.0* Entered my details. It goes to a page called “payment type” Which never ever actually loads Just sits there blank ### 1/5 — Worst cab firm ever *2017-09-28, version 23.0.0* I booked a cab to take me to Luton airport from surbiton at 10.45am. The driver went via the north circular for some unknown reason and we sat in traffic for 2 hours and ended up missing our flight. When I complained to the company about this and said I wanted compensation for the hundreds of pounds I spent on new flights they said he turned up on time and that was the end of it. I asked them why he didn't check his route before we left and they said it was all clear on GOOGLE MAPS!! That just says it all about this firm and if I was you I would rather walk to the airport then trust these idiots to get you there plus the taxi was filthy inside as well. ### 2/5 — Premier Minicab Services *2025-06-09, version 3335.1.9* The app doesn’t seem to have many variables: I can’t find how to book a cab with wheelchair access, and I can’t find how to change preferences for payment: I want to pay in-cab or on account and I don’t see where. Rating doesn’t apply to the company, which is 5⭐️for booking by phone and attentive service: they arrive on-time! ### 2/5 — Deficient in important areas *2023-10-12, version 3334.3.26* The app looks slick but under the hood, you can’t book cars to/from Gatwick South Terminal and you can’t add Amex cards. I’m told a fix is coming but I’ll believe it when I see it. Also, all the Favourites and ride history I had in the old app were lost when the app got upgraded. Right now, Premier are losing my business to other ride-hailing apps which take Amex and recognise Gatwick South. ### 2/5 — You cannot book for Gatwick South Terminal *2023-09-05, version 3334.3.26* The app simply cannot find Gatwick South terminal, so you cannot book a car for this destination. There seems to be no way to tell the app this destination even exists - if it is not already its own map, it cannot go there. ### 3/5 — Does the job … but *2023-03-21, version 23.0.0* Have used this service for a few years and generally reliable. Only hassle has been app using old post code database which causes a few issues. However on trying to use the app yesterday on a new phone, keep getting message that there is a new app, but not available on the App Store. Hope this will be fixed soon. ### 4/5 — Very helpful bar one thing *2025-08-03, version 3335.1.9* I’ve found the app really easy to use but the fare needs to include or indicate car parking charges if it’s for a pick up/drop off from Heathrow or Gatwick. Was paying by cash recently and had the exact money the app said the fare would be only to be told it was an extra £6 to cover the car parking charges.
