### 1/5 — Whoever built this app doesn’t use it

*2026-10-10*

The app is brutal, so many issues I don’t know where to start. Chromecast just doesn’t work. Forget being logged in on two different devices, even if you’re only using 1 you won’t be able to log in.
The time disappears where you’re scrubbing so it’s complete guess and test.
When using air play, the stream will skip a few seconds every time you open or close your phone even if you’re not in the actual app. It does the same thing when you open or exit out of the app too. Issues have been around for a while, the developers don’t care enough to fix it.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-10-06*

Will continue to charge you even after you cancelled they should be sued for this.

### 1/5 — Terrible/Scam

*2026-09-18*

Not only was it super difficult to cast the feed onto our TV as the app restricts such a thing which is counter productive to why you would get the app in the first place. But a word of warning, if you’re wanting to get the app for one month just to watch a series, it will cost you $60 not $29.99 as advertised. They get you by requiring a full month notice to cancel the subscription. Waste of time and money.

### 1/5 — Excruciatingly inadequate

*2026-08-23*

Worst streaming I have ever experienced, reliably.

### 1/5 — Not available on Apple TV

*2026-08-09*

Worked on phone but not Apple TV. So can’t watch on tv

### 1/5 — Glitchy but sort of works

*2026-06-04*

Edit: keep charging after cancellation, claim to do refund but never process it.

Original;
Lots of login issues and buffering as well as other bugs (playing the wrong stream). Still just about works for watching the 6 nations using AirPlay. Proper commentary.

### 1/5 — Premier Sports terrible app

*2026-05-11*

Streaming quality is not great, on demand constantly fails, casting to tv sometimes locks you out of starting a new match but it also will not play on the phone. This is the worst entertainment app I have ever used

### 1/5 — Cancellation Not Honored; Keep Getting Billed

*2026-04-07*

Cancellation date keeps changing in My Account. They are robbing me of my money. Customer Support nowhere to be seen.

### 1/5 — Expensive and doesn’t work

*2026-03-14*

Very expensive for what it offers, I can’t even watch the Six Nations that I signed up for. Streaming, screen mirroring or air play do not work reliably.

They also take 30 days notice for cancellation so squeeze an extra payment out of you for an app that doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — ps

*2026-03-14*

I just downloaded and purchased a subscription to watch rugby six nation. So far it tells me I have no subscription. I have passed d for the first year thinking that there would not be an issue FFS!
