We ordered a 7 seater only a 6 seater arrived. The driver was rude and abnoxious, stating we don’t do 7 seaters so they must be sending another taxi, no apology or explanation regarding this. The app offers no feedback regarding the delays, terrible service, I guess they need more drivers but customers are just left guessing whether a taxi is actually coming. Only cash option. ### 4/5 — Massive improvement *2021-02-20, version 33.0.16* Much better than the previous app.. still some slight changes if possible. 1.Loading time on initial opening could be shortened. 2.More accurate time when locating a driver; ie. 4 mins waiting time for collection.. when driver is located and confirmed. **The time is shortened to 1 minute (from my experience, which is a good thing if the client is 100% ready for collection... driver then has to wait) **The inaccurate collection time stated (again from my experience) can be extremely longer. 3. Possibly an option to be able to call/text the driver directly to inform him/her of confirmation acknowledgment of arrival & inform of any delay from client. As mentioned above these are minor issues to which are intended as constructive criticism only to improve.. Overall a well constructed app. Well done.. Thanks again Premier. P.s A possible Loyalty/VIP account for your clients that use Premier more regularly than the average person.. Especially the clients who provide extra custom/clients via their own business. ### 3/5 — Haven’t use the app yet, but installation is labourious if you are a voice-over user *2020-10-02, version 32.1.18* I am blind, have an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.7 and I use voice-over to access information on the screen. Firstly, on registering, none of the fields are labelled, so you have no idea what you are supposed to enter. There are icons nearby that say things like “unpronounceable“. The only way I could do this is to get sighted assistance and ask them what I had to put in each field. Not very practical if you live alone and don’t have any sighted assistance on hand. That done I was presented with the first screen, where I saw a number of unlabelled buttons, and, again, fields that were unlabelled and simply said unpronounceable. I was pleasantly surprised though that it located my address no problem, though the postcode is wrong. And should end with an X instead of a U. Not wholly surprised at this, as other apps seem to do the same thing, so I think it might be a Google Maps issue. I also like the fact that I can select what type of car I wish to have as, being a guide dog owner, this is important. It is particularly important for both myself and my husband have Guide Dogs, so we need a minibus or similar. I haven’t yet tried to book a taxi, but will do so at some point in the next few days as we will be using this company to travel to and from work on a daily basis. If you could fix the buttons and icons that aren’t labelled, this would improve things massively and I would definitely change my rating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad customer service. *2023-12-17, version 34.5.10* Taxi driver was rude from Blackpool, taxi to St Anne’s which was a good fare considering the distance but was rude about waiting a couple of minutes as we were waiting on food. Ordered food 15 minutes prior, nothing we could do about it. Was arsey with my Mum who was waiting an apologising, 25 quid it cost not like 5 minutes would of made a difference as it took 25 minutes to get home. Drove like an idiot too not happy. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2023-10-06, version 34.0.23* Probably one of the most annoying apps ever. I had to reinstall the app and surprise! I can’t log in! I was thinking that maybe my password was wrong, so I requested another password and guess what?! It lets me change it, but when I go back to try and sign it, it does not work! I already tried to delete & re-install and same thing happens! ### 1/5 — Failed *2022-10-13, version 33.6.19* The app was tricky. When I managed to place a booking it didn’t save. The next time , it saved the booking within the app. On the day of the booking no communication and no taxi. Even one star was one too many. Thank you ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-06-18, version 33.2.4* On opening the app and requesting a cab the app was stuck on “searching for riders” for over 5 minutes. After no change I came out out of the app and managed to call a cab from another firm. Half an hour later a premier taxi driver arrived via the app and was angry that we did not want to use him. At no point did the app advise of a driver, ETA or give the option of accepting, the job somehow went straight out and we were left with an annoyed and angry taxi. Not a nice situation to be in. Perhaps take note from Uber’s model. ### 1/5 — Awful *2020-07-23, version 32.1.18* Genuinely the worst taxi app I’ve ever used.
