## What is Premier Workforce?

Premier Workforce is the staff app for venues that run on Premier Golf Solutions or Premier Restaurant Solutions. Sign in with the same email and password you use for the POS and everything about your shifts is in one place.

YOUR SCHEDULE
• See this week's and next week's shifts as soon as your manager publishes them
• Your next shift is always at the top, with the time, position and any notes
• Switch to the whole team's schedule to see who you're working with
• Get a notification when the schedule is posted or your shifts change

SWAPS, DROPS AND OPEN SHIFTS
• Can't make a shift? Ask to give it up, or offer it to a coworker
• Pick up open shifts your manager has posted
• Your manager approves, and you're notified the moment they do

TIME OFF AND AVAILABILITY
• Ask for days off and see whether they're approved
• Tell your managers when you can't work, or when you'd like to, week to week
• Managers see your availability while they build the schedule

TEAM CHAT AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
• A channel for the whole venue and one for each position
• Direct messages and group chats with your coworkers
• Announcements from your managers, so nothing gets missed
• Report a message or block someone at any time

FOR MANAGERS
• Approve shift swaps, drops, pick-ups and time off from your phone
• Post announcements to everyone or to certain positions and see who has read them
• Build and publish the schedule on the web at premiergolfsolutions.com

Premier Workforce is included when your venue adds it to its Premier plan. You need an invitation from your venue to sign in.
