Add to walket feature does not work. Easier to go on browser to book. 🫤 ### 2/5 — Won’t remember anything. *2024-03-06, version 5.5.9* Will no longer accept my loyalty number and therefore NO REWARDS! Like this for 2 years. Please fix. ### 1/5 — What Happened? *2024-01-22, version 5.5.9* This app has always been buggy! The last !fix’ rendered it unusable! How about adding Apple Pay as an option to purchase. Also how about being about to put the ticket in your Apple wallet. App needs to be completely revamped. ### 1/5 — No tickets saved *2022-07-01, version 4.5.4* When I purchased tickets they the app it did not save them under the My Tickets section. Also the Success screen flashed up and was gone so fast I could not even click the button to save them to my Apple wallet. Now I have to go dig it out of my emails. But at least I got an email….or I would have no proof I even got a ticket. And the email does not even have a way to save the tickets to Apple Wallet. A poorly functioning app considering the whole purpose of it is to buy tickets. At least when I buy them online I can click the Apple Wallet button. And apparently this has been an issue for a while. Y’all need to fix this. 7 months is too long to go without an app update. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-04-19, version 4.5.4* This app is absolutely garbage. You pick your seats, then how many tickets which seems backwards. Then you put your loyalty number in although it’s already saved then you see a total but can’t pay. I have deleted and redownloaded and closed the app but it’s gives me way to purchases the tickets. I hate using fandango but going to have to go with them until they fix this app. The tickets are more expensive on fandango but I like to reserve tickets before getting to the theater. PLEASE FIX THE APP. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-03-15, version 4.5.4* When buying tickets, takes your money and doesn’t send e-mail or update your tickets in app. Essentially no proof that you ever bought the tickets besides it showing up on a card. This cool feature has been a problem for some time and the neglect from whoever deals with bugs like this is infuriating. ### 3/5 — Meh *2019-11-28, version 4.3.4(1)* Pretty good app to check movie times and even purchase tickets. I won’t purchase the tickets again using the app though, because there is no way to connect my rewards card to it. I go to the movies at least twice a month, so my rewards build up, I love free popcorn. Please connect our rewards accounts to purchases, it would be so convenient! ### 1/5 — Cinemarks App is better. Add things. *2019-06-22, version 4.3.4(1)* First of all Cinemarks app is 100% better. On theirs you have the option to add your rewards account to the app. This app you don’t. The cinemark app is also easier to get around. It is just more consumer friendly. I heard about the rewards system as Primere and thought to try it. But I wish the app did more things/was more consumer friendly. Also its out of date. It says that there was a movie that isn’t released until June 24th. And well its June 22nd and I watched in at a Primere Theater on the 16th. I just think this app needs a lot of work and Cinemarks app is better. ### 2/5 — Not very good *2019-05-24, version 4.3.4(1)* The app looks pretty good, but I can almost never purchase tickets through it. Definitely does not instill confidence that my credit card info is secure when every time I enter it “something went wrong” pops up. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-08-23, version 4.1.1* The app only shows two movies playing at my local theater. Terrible app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible and unresponsive interface *2026-01-25, version 6.0.0* I barely started using this app recently and from minute one it’s been nothing but issues. I purchased tickets through the app the first time and luckily for me screenshot the QR code that comes up otherwise when I arrived at the theater with my wife, the app would NOT let me access it and couldn’t even bring up my digital tickets. Second trip to theater and purchased tickets at in person kiosk. Well I want to go in and see my new points total but can’t. I touch the loyalty button and nothing, restarted the app thinking it was glitching and nothing, want to apple App Store to check for an update and no update available. And still can’t see my points available. What a horrible, horrible, horrible app! look at AMC’s app if you want a well working app that functions as it should and is very reliable. Whoever the app developers are should be fired! Or made to rebuild this app from the ground up. In case you’re wondering, it’s not my phone. I’m using an iPhone 16 pro max with plenty of memory. 512gb. Get it together premiere cinemas. You have a nice theater now you desperately need a nice app that works as it’s intended to go with it. ### 1/5 — slow and painful *2025-05-25, version 6.0.0* came up with no movies lusted. took a minute before i saw anything listed ### 1/5 — Please update this app *2025-01-02, version 6.0.0* This app does not let me even sign in anymore. Even when I could sign in, it never, ever let me accumulate any points on my loyalty card. With this many theaters listed as part of this company, surely you can get someone to design an app that is user friendly and actually functions! Ever since the most recent update. It’s been a nightmare to manage, work through, or anything thing else for that matter. Some movies are not even viewed, and that’s because they are new releases. Old movies which are not being shown in the theater are still in the app. Please…get it together. I love being able to purchase and keep my tickets to look back at later if needed. Not sure what the last review was referring to but the one I have lets you see it all… just like the online version but better because I can click right on the app to order and pay for our tickets. Easy peasy! Even if you’re not a movie goer, it’s so worth making an account and purchasing your tickets here. I really wanted your app but I didn't think you had made one because looking up "Premier Theater" didn't pull any results for your movie theaters because of the "Premiere" brand spelling. On a lark I tried PCC. I have been to your theater MANY times and did not know this was your company's name. I only had knowledge of this bc I had recently visited your website. Without visiting your website I would not have thought to try searching for PCC. Just a thought, to help make it easier for your customers to find you and use your app. 😊👍 ### 3/5 — Necessary Evil *2024-06-15, version 5.5.9* Reservations are required to watch a movie yet this app for reservations is mediocre at best. Doesn’t save login information, no Apple Pay option, save ticket to Apple wallet doesn’t work, who even knows what my loyalty number is, etc. Such high-tech theaters for such an a antiquated app. ### 3/5 — Its okay *2024-03-16, version 5.5.9* App still need to show you the amount of points a person has gathered and available rewards with it. ### 3/5 — Easy to use but needs improvement *2021-12-30, version 4.5.4* The app is great when you are trying to find a show time and buy tickets. The problem with the app is after you buy tickets. Under “My Tickets” it says “Tickets purchased on the app can be found here” but they are not there. I would not have evidence of my purchased ticket if it was not for my email! Also, after I purchased my tickets, it went back to the purchase tickets page. It seemed as though the transaction did not work. No “thank you for your purchase” or any other comment that shows the transaction had been successful. I checked my email and the tickets were there. If I had not known to check my email, I probably would have thought it didn’t work and bought a second set of tickets because they don’t show up in “My Tickets” either. This has been an issue for quite sometime. The My Tickets thing really needs to be fixed AND there really needs to be some kind of message that pops up when you purchase your ticks telling the purchasers that the transaction was successful and all the places they can find their tickets. Thanks guys! ### 3/5 — Decent app *2020-03-06, version 4.3.4(1)* Here are things that need improvement: 1) App says that I can view the tickets I purchased on the app under the my tickets tab. I bought them and they never appeared. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Luckily I received them by e-mail or I’d be SOL. 2) I was not able to use the gift cards because the amount due exceed the balance on the card.
