Use the Premium Credit eJourney App to upload your identity information in support of your loan application. The information you give us will be used to create your customer file, verify your identity and process your loan application. You have been directed to this App following the loan application you made to us. You will have received an Access Code via SMS and/or Email to unlock the app, allowing you to send us your identification information. With this App, you can: 1. Login securely and confirm your personal details are correct. 2. Review your loan details. 3. Review and accept the terms and conditions of your loan application, and eSign if you wish to proceed. 4. Send us your photo and photos of the ID documentation required to support your loan. 5. Upload everything to our secure server so we can review and progress your application. Has poor communication and who’s policy is geared in a way where they are looking to fault you and fine you the full amount of your contract amount. And if you can’t pay you know there will be extra charges. Hard to get in touch with, harder to get through, paid lines, long waits which means they need more call centre staff, or there purposefully keeping you on the line to bill you. Had a very negative experience with PCL a few years ago and recently purchased pay monthly car insurance, with marmalade, and have once again now in bed with PCL. I wouldn’t have gone with them if I knew PCL was the finance provider. They didn’t make it obvious or if they did, not enough so that I knowticed it, shame. Now I need to change the date on which my payments come out and I can’t get through to them and been referred to this app by a phone robot... lets see how it goes. ### 1/5 — Why *2019-05-16, version 4.6.25* Why do I need to give you access to my location, camera and a hole bunch of other things. I hate apps that don’t let you use there features with out this kind of information So I have decided to uninstall. ### 5/5 — It’s a good app that made things quicker *2019-04-04, version 4.6.25* Best feature is that it saved me having to send all my private documents in the post.
