### 3/5 — Not Infertility Friendly

*2026-09-05, version 1.106.1*

They have a new feature that shows how many people got their BFP (Big Fat Positive) the day before and there is no way to get rid of seeing it. They want you to upgrade to Premom plus to access a lot of things which is annoying.

### 2/5 — Contradicting Results & Misleading Ovulation Tracking

*2026-09-03, version 1.106.0*

I’m extremely disappointed with the Premom app. It originally predicted my ovulation date as September 3, so I relied on the app while testing daily. My LH tests on 8/28 and 8/29 reached 0.75, but the app labeled them “Low” and continued saying I had not reached my peak.

Then on Sep 1, the app suddenly changed and said I had ovulated three days earlier, while the test screen STILL said “no surge yet.” How can I have already ovulated when the app never detected a peak and was predicting September 3?

Now the app in one section states “Normal Luteal” and in another section “Abnormal Luteal”. Which one is it?!? Very confusing data.

For women actively trying to conceive, this is a serious issue. I relied on this information to time intercourse and have completely missed my fertile window. The app needs to clearly distinguish between an estimated ovulation date and ovulation actually supported by LH results. This experience has made me lose confidence in the app.

### 2/5 — Disappointed with the new update

*2026-09-01, version 1.106.0*

I’ve had this app for five years tracking my progress. And with the new update I have to now pay to see past cycles and charts. I’m beyond disappointed with this update. I purchase your LH test every month which at $35 and now I have to pay more in order to read my past cycles? Please change it back.

### 2/5 — Not free

*2026-09-01, version 1.106.0*

For the first three months or so it lets you track your cycle and review your past data. Then all of a sudden blocks it off and doesn’t let you access it and asks to pay for it. Really horrible to keep your own personal info like that!

### 4/5 — Paywall

*2026-09-01, version 1.106.0*

Really disappointed. I was enjoying the free features off the app, but after about a week I was given a soft paywall in which I could choose a 6month, 3month or 1 week free trial to the premium. After this trial has completed I am now faced with another paywall, but this one requiring me to subscribed to either 6months, 3months or 1month of premium. I can’t find any way to get out of this paywall, including un and reinstalling the app, but as soon a I looked in again the paywall appeared.

### 1/5 — Do not download

*2026-09-01, version 1.106.0*

With the recent update, you can’t see your previous data or even the previous day’s pregnancy fact. I just hit 39 weeks and the weekly summaries are all locked behind a paywall. I looked forward to these every week. I can understand paying for the extra special features but blocking 95% of the app is just petty and pathetic.

### 1/5 — Money hungry

*2026-08-31*

I’ve been using this app for 3 years to conceive and track 3 pregnancies but they’ve just a customer with this recent update which made basically everything a premium feature. Like you can’t even see the weekly article on the app now even though it’s still 100% free and available on their website… ridiculous. Bye premom 👋 lots of other apps to chose from that don’t pinch you for every penny you have

**Developer response:** Thank you for being a loyal user for 3 years. We apologize for the frustration caused by the recent update regarding premium features and weekly articles. We are continuously working to improve feature access and user experience. Please reach out to us via the Support tab in the app or at support@premom.com so we can assist. Best regards, Lesley Premom Fertility Tracker App

### 1/5 — Free version useless now

*2026-08-31, version 1.106.0*

EVERYTHING is blocked under a subscription wall. I’ve lost all the data I have input for my second pregnancy. I’m so incredibly disappointed I can’t access my bump pictures anymore.

I used to love this app.

### 3/5 — DARK MODE

*2026-08-31, version 1.105.1*

writing a review again. 3rd year asking for dark mode PLEASEEEEEE. It’s so hard to see with the bright screen at night.

### 3/5 — “Premium “

*2026-08-30, version 1.105.1*

Woke up to take my 19 weeks picture only to see that option and many other basic options that were free before are now under “Premium”. I cannot even view my previous photos. This is quite concerning and unfair to women TTC or tracking their pregnancy who had previous access to these features changed without any warning. I would at least like to be able to access my previous photos that I have taken.

### 1/5 — No longer good

*2026-08-30, version 1.105.1*

I have used Premom for years, but a recent update completely ruined the app by locking my historical charts with a premium subscription. You can no longer see your own data history unless you pay. It is absolutely unacceptable to trap long-term users' personal health data behind a subscription fee. For an app that handles something as sensitive as fertility tracking, this greedy cash grab is a complete breach of trust. Do not start using this app unless you want your data held hostage later. Look elsewhere for a tracker that actually respects its users.

### 1/5 — Paywall galore

*2026-08-30, version 1.105.1*

As of this cycle, I can no longer access the data I have input into the app without subscribing to a paywall. I figured purchasing your testing strips, and inputting data into your app would be enough to give me access to these things, but I guess not anymore. I will be looking elsewhere immediately to input my data and purchasing different ovulation and pregnancy test strips.

### 3/5 — Disappointed in this app - the pregnancy version

*2026-08-30, version 1.105.1*

The weekly insists are now locked and you have to pay for them. So you don’t really get anything out of the free version. Plus the weekly it’s aren’t really worth paying for you can just Google them

### 1/5 — Basic functions now behind a pay wall. False advertising on strips.

*2026-08-30, version 1.105.1*

App was just updated and now I can no longer see my previous cycles while TTC and have access to other basic functions. Including the one where I previously conceived.
I’ve been using this app for 3+ years now. Used it to conceive my previous pregnancy and now trying for #2.
I pay for the strips and was promised an app that tracks these. I didn’t need the extra features to just track my cycles. Now it’s all about extra money and I don’t care to pay for it. Well guess you just lost a customer as I won’t be using this useless app anymore. I’ll track my cycles myself on paper or on a different app.
Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Freezes

*2026-08-29, version 1.105.1*

Can’t even open much of it or browse without it freezing every three seconds. It’s unusable.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — New paywall to use 95% of the app

*2026-09-07, version 1.106.1*

I’ve had this app since I found out I was pregnant back in May, was recommended by a family member as an awesome app for info. Loved seeing the weekly updates. But then opened the app up one day and all the info was out behind a pay wall except the daily stuff. Which doesn’t give a lot of info… was very disappointed in finding that out. There wasn’t even a grace period before the update or anything.. I would loved to recommend the app but I am tired of all the apps having subscriptions.. so I am sadly not recommending this app unless you wanna pay for it…

### 1/5 — Terrible New App Feature

*2026-09-05, version 1.106.1*

I have never written an app review before but feel compelled to write one because of the new feature on the Premom app (which I have been using for a few years). Recently, they have started displaying—in a banner at the top of the app—how many users recorded a BFP from the previous day (a number in the thousands). As someone who has been dealing with unexplained infertility for multiple years, it is a *terrible* user experience to have to login and see that now every time I use the app—and be reminded of my inability to become pregnant. I find this new feature extremely insensitive and not at all trauma-informed for women dealing with infertility, loss, and other challenges around conception. I am seeking out another option for tracking my fertility, as I don’t need to be using something that causes pain every time I open it.

### 1/5 — Paid app

*2026-09-04, version 1.106.1*

Have to pay for the product and pay to use the app no thank you

### 1/5 — Tout à changer

*2026-09-03, version 1.106.0*

En 1 mois tout complètement tout est devenue payant. Ridicule je change d’application. Et c’est dommage parce que je ne peux plus voir ce que j’avais déjà enregistré gratuitement sans payer alors cet app ne sert absolument à rien en bout de ligne.

### 1/5 — Suddenly have to pay for premium

*2026-09-03, version 1.106.0*

I’ve been using this app for a year now as I’ve been TTC. However, recently the feature to see past cycles is blocked off and have to pay for premium. Very disappointing. I feel like 90% of the features need access as premium. So sad, please fix. :(

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-09-02, version 1.106.0*

I’m a little disappointed, I already had the app tracking ovulation, I then got pregnant and was happy with just the little comment of your weekly growing baby and using it to track my weight. There was nothing saying that at 17 weeks you have to pay to continue using these two things. I can’t even look back at my weight history to write it down to keep track by myself.

### 1/5 — Paywall BS

*2026-09-02, version 1.106.0*

I’ve been tracking my pregnancy since I conceived in January with this app and now nearly everything is behind a paywall, including the weekly updates about what fruit or veggie baby is. I recommended this app to everyone and now it’s embarrassing what it offers for free.

### 1/5 — Charging Users To Access Their Own Data

*2026-09-02, version 1.106.0*

I’ve used Premom for years and have always had access to my past cycle charts. Suddenly, that access has been put behind a Premium subscription. Honestly, this feels like a blatant money grab. This isn’t new Premium content—it’s years of personal fertility data that I entered into the app myself, which I’m now being asked to pay to access. Taking an existing feature away from long-time users and then charging us to get it back feels incredibly unfair and has really changed my opinion of the app.

### 1/5 — Can’t edit or delete test strips after update

*2026-09-02, version 1.106.0*

I have been using this app for almost a year to track my ovulation and periods. It has been great thus far. However, I noticed after the most recent update I can no longer edit or delete test results such as duplicates. This is extremely infuriating and frustrating. Please fix this!!!!!!

### 1/5 — Money Grab

*2026-09-01, version 1.106.0*

No longer able to access historical information such as pictures, weight log, appointments and so on. This is so frustrating as I was using the free version of the app for a long time and hadn’t stored that data anywhere else. I’ve lost all previous data unless I now purchase the membership. Support team was so unhelpful!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Tubal reversal and Premom

*2026-09-06, version 1.106.1*

Update: I’m 42 years old and using this App and strips, we now have a 1 year old little girl and our son is 4! Best advice I can give, find your LH PEAK and stay on top of it. 4 days before you ovulate try to make the time! It takes semen 4 days to travel. You want them in there before your egg drops 💚 Plan for success, if you nail your levels down and don’t have any reason with you biologically or physically, you should get pregnant very quickly. At least it has helped me and our family! Hopes this helps you all!

Original review: At my age 38, our chances were very low, but I got this app and it took us roughly 8 months total. 4 of which we had this app… our son is now 6 months old 💚 I do not feel that would have been possible without the assistance of Premom.

### 5/5 — Best app on the market

*2026-09-04, version 1.106.0*

I’ve been using this app for only less than 3 weeks. Originally downloaded it to get pregnant but discovered I was actually pregnant so I switched to pregnancy mode. it is absolutely incredible. Helps me understand what is happening In my body week by week. For a 1st time mom, this is seriously comforting. Thank you 🥹🙏🏻

### 5/5 — Amazing app PCOS useful

*2026-09-04, version 1.106.0*

This tracking app has been so useful for understanding my body for actually tracking my period days and pregnancy symptoms it was also somewhat accurate on my ovulation days but I have PCOS so it was difficult but the app helped me completely to the AI assistant to the test strips they recommend to when I actually got pregnant and then tracking my pregnancy we could by week they have explained to me what I should expect during my pregnancy which was very accurate I am a first time mother because of the app it also allows u to connect to other women on the app who may have the same questions doctors you can contact as well over all this is amazing app I highly recommend

### 5/5 — Helpful for ovulation tracking

*2026-09-03, version 1.106.0*

Scan your pee stick and it’ll tell you a numerical value for ovulation tracking so you can find your LH peak. We use this for our first and now our second pregnancy.

### 5/5 — Natural birth control

*2026-08-31, version 1.105.1*

This has been a life savor in preventing pregnancy naturally. If done correctly it can be a very effective method. Thankful my sister told me about it!

### 5/5 — Best Free Tracker App

*2026-08-28, version 1.105.1*

I love that you can use it for so many different purposes. I originally downloaded it while TTC but kept it and the last few years the updates have allowed you to enter even more specific information. There’s so many unique features that most apps require a paid subscription to access. This one is definitely the best one I’ve used, by-far!

### 5/5 — Fertility help!

*2026-08-28, version 1.105.1*

This app helped to cycle track after months and months of infertility. It was very helpful in tracking information that was important to disclose with my OB. The app helped me to also never give up!

### 5/5 — Best app I ever downloaded

*2026-08-28, version 1.105.1*

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. It helped me keep track of my cycle before I got pregnant last year and I continue to use it. It’s a great app and compared to others it’s great. I love how you can upload pictures of tests and keep track of medications.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-08-26, version 1.105.1*

Edit: App is now working properly!

Been using this app for a while and it has worked great. However the last few days it isn’t working and keeps giving me errors, even after deleting and redownloading. Will update review once it is working properly

### 5/5 — A great help for mothers

*2026-08-25, version 1.105.0*

Very reliable and informative
