No music or no verbal indication of when to switch poses, so for someone not familiar with the timing of transitions, instead of being able to relax in each pose I was constantly checking the timer. there could be at least a ding. Also, I know some very basic yoga poses, but from the picture alone I cannot tell exactly where certain body parts should be I.e should my foot be tucked under?? For only 99 cents I call it a wash, just basic flash card pictures
