Also it went into a loop of images that never stopped plus the Home Screen and other screens say oops. It looks all centered around getting you to reserve a scan. It really needs an upgrade. ### 1/5 — Down for days *2026-03-11* Receiving the report is arguably the most important part of the service. If the app doesn’t work, what value is the service? ### 2/5 — Big downgrade in UI *2026-01-07* The app was always really great, intuitive, and easy on the eye. Since the 4.0 update it is decidedly mid. Very plain Jane and not as easy to navigate. This is also bad for your marketing. Made me wonder what else they missed after giving me such a quick report. ### 1/5 — Login is dumpy *2025-03-07* The login process is terrible with this app. I bc am not login to access my data or even support because the app erroneously mails my cel phone number is not valid and will not accept my confirmation that it’s my phone number. Having used EZRA and Prenuvo recommend Ezra so you can actually login. ### 1/5 — Fix your Auth0 Login Please *2025-02-26* Prenuvo is great, their web app is excellent. Something is broken with your Auth0 set up and has been since you implemented it. Continual loop that session is expired, I login, app boots me back out and then the login page won’t reload. As much as we pay for these scans, you need to be taking account security seriously. The fact your app login doesn’t work makes me wonder who you have building your apps and how are you keeping my phi data safe. Auth0 is really simple to implement, if your mobile team can’t do this, I’m concerned. iPhone 15 pro iOS version 18.3.1 ### 2/5 — Auth is broken *2024-12-09* Several months later and still can’t log into the app. A 4 digit passcode was added to the flow but it’s not fixing the issue. Something is messed up with your Auth0 config. It just sends me in a complete loop over and over. ### 1/5 — App is horrible! *2024-10-08* App has not worked once! Had to check my results on the website and that took numerous logins to get to work. Even setting my appointment was a massive struggle based on the website.
