Recently purchased a new phone & now app is useless! Cannot connect to server & absolutely no response to multiple emails. There is No support! I even made suggestions for feature improvements and helped test them in beta. Now (1st half of 2018) the support is gone. As another reviewer stated, I can no longer have auto item lookup, and I cannot sync and share with my wife. I can’t even sync between my own two devices. The failures suggest that the server is dead, and so is any tech support. It does not scan UPC codes or allow you to sync with other devices. Both generate errors. I sent in multiple support tickets which have been ignored. Conceptually, its a good idea. I moved and did not keep using it for a couple of years. Now I’m ready to straighten out / add to my inventory. The app is all but useless. It will not scan anything. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. This app was AMAZING! I loved every feature. I only used it to inventory my pantry; however, the features also created shopping lists and excel spreadsheets. This past weekend the app went down. I emailed the app creator...no response. The app will no longer load. All my work is GONE! No way to export it to a new app. In fact, none of the new apps does what this app does. I have purchased about five comparable apps and ended up asking for a refund for each. I am so sad right now. BUT after upgrading to pro and loading a huge amount of data the app refused to open, it crashed every time!! 😡 The developers email was returned as “not found“ and I now see that the app hasn’t been updated for years. I can’t understand why it’s still available in the App Store. Had to request a refund from Apple. I pray the owner is well and can give us an update, please. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2020-02-03* Fantastic app that tick all the boxes for me. Having moved to a remote location, I shop rarely and keep fairly large quantities of groceries. This app really helps to keep my pantry and bulk storage controlled and makes it really easy to know what items need topping up. I’ve yet to come across a barcode that is recognised in Australia (that will be exciting if I do), but it takes only a few seconds to assign the item name and then it’s available next time it’s scanned. I haven’t synced my iPad and iPhone but simply send my shopping list to myself and it’s available wherever I am. I also have lots of yarn and don’t know exactly what I have anymore, creating a yarn inventory will be so good! I looked at lots of similar apps but this one is definitely the best. Thank you very much indeed. ### 5/5 — Brilliant for stockpile inventory *2016-10-30* Great app which has been well thought out and implemented. The ability to customise the locations to your own setup and then the barcode checker make setting up easy. Minimum quantities and the Remove function make ordering and keeping your stockpile stocked up as easy as anything. No problems syncing between my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro so not sure what the sync issue is that some people refer to - but it looks like it's resolved. Besides food I keep track of paper, and medical supplies. I like how you can organize by item. I love that I can keep track of what has or will soon expire. The cart helps me to know when I need to get more. I have had the app crash when I've done a lot of adding or subtracting of items but it opens right up again. The developer is great to work with. He is open to suggestions and is always working to make it better. Great support if you are struggling with something. Like that you can add tags, item groups, stores, almost anything to suit your needs. The biggest problem is making sure everyone scans out the food they use. Having it on multiple devices helps or have a place for others to leave the packaging for you to scan. I would highly recommend the full version of this app. ### 5/5 — Great inventory tool!! *2015-01-04, version 3.5.02* I absolutely love this app! I purchased the lite version first and then upgraded to the full app because it has everything I need to keep track of what's in (or not in) my pantry. I love all of the ways you can sort and organize your items, especially with the most recent update. Something I would like to see added to this app is a "date added" for each item. This would be helpful if you have no expiration date on an item but would like to know how long you have had it in your pantry. If you could add something like that I would be even more in love with this app!! :) ### 5/5 — Fantastic App & Customer Support *2014-03-22, version 3.4.04* I have had this app for more than a year. I love it! I have a large family and this app makes it very easy to keep track of our food supplies & the pantry as well as many other things. This app keeps track of expiration dates, quantity, item location, stores I purchase at and many other things. I never have to waste food that's expired the app gives me warning of whats about to expire so I can include those items in our weekly meal plans. I just recently learned that I can include other items beside food. Now im using this app to keep track of our medications & thinking of other things! SUPER Handy!! You can sync your items to all your devices so the list is always with you. Adding and editing is also a breeze!!!! **Super Customer service!!** This past week I bought a new IPad mini. I was attempting transfer all our items to the new tablet when I ran into trouble. I emailed support and they were not only quick at replying to my emails (with-in 12 hours) they personally called & Texted me to help walk me through the steps needed to correct my issues. You may have to input some of the items yourself when first adding, next time it will recognise them. I have found very few items that weren't in the database. With the latest update the "back" button disappeared. I reported it and within an hour got an email it was being fixed. Support seems to be great. ### 5/5 — Great app and worth upgrading. *2013-04-19* Downloaded the lite version of this app and after a few minutes use upgraded to the full version. This is a great app for keeping track of what you have in your store cupboard and even provides a shopping list when you go below the number of items you want to always have available. All your stores can be listed by the location they are stored or better still, by their expiration date. The barcode scanner doesn't always provide all the details for a product, but the app stores what you have scanned and the details you input, so it gets quicker and easier to use over time. I'm finding more and more uses for this app and it isn't limited to just food and drink. The developers are friendly and more than happy to offer help and advice to their users.
