## What is Prep?

PrepFlow organizes the colonoscopy preparation your clinic already gave you, so the night before is a matter of following a clear sequence instead of re-reading a printout at 2 a.m.

Your clinic's written instructions always come first. PrepFlow is a place to hold them, time them, and keep track of what you have completed.

What's inside:
  - Now — what your schedule calls for at this point in the prep window
  - Timeline — the full prep laid out, with plain-language notes on what each stage is doing
  - Clear-liquid and split-dose support that follows the regimen you were prescribed
  - Medication planning — a place to record what your clinic told you about your usual medicines
  - Hydration tracking and timers between doses
  - Procedure-day checklist for what to bring and when to stop intake
  - Visual Prep Check — an optional, on-device photo reference you can compare against illustrative examples, so you can describe what you are seeing to your care team in their words. It does not score, assess, or determine whether your preparation is adequate. That judgment belongs to your clinic.
  - Library of reference material on preparation and what to expect

Privacy by design:
  - Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no backend.
  - Photos taken for the Visual Prep Check never leave your phone and are never uploaded.
  - No analytics. No ads. No data sale.

Accessibility:
  - Adjustable text size, high-contrast mode, and a light or dark appearance.
