## What is Prep the day?

Prep the Day is a morning ritual for getting your day in order.

Every morning, open the app and type out everything you need to do today — fast, messy, stream of consciousness. Don't think about order or priority. Just get it out of your head.

Then the on-device AI takes over. It reads your dump, pulls out the real tasks, drops the routine "noise," and hands back a clean, prioritized list for the day. One brain dump in, one focused task list out — every morning.

ON-DEVICE & PRIVATE
• All AI runs on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your text never leaves your iPhone or iPad.
• No account, no sign-in, no servers, no tracking.
• Works without an internet connection.
