## What is Prepared to Serve?

Train with purpose. Serve with confidence.

Prepared to Serve (P2S) is a training app built for military members, first responders, and others who people rely on to perform. Build strength, track your progress, and prepare for the demands of service with training tools you can make your own.

TRAIN YOUR WAY

Choose from multiple built-in programs for strength, conditioning, bodyweight training, and more. Adjust a program to fit your goals and schedule, or use the Custom Program Builder to create a plan of your own. Paste a workout plan and turn it into structured training you can log in the app.

TRACK EVERY SESSION

Record exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Use built-in timers to manage rest periods, review completed sessions, and see your progress add up over time.

RUCK WITH PURPOSE

The Ruck Tracker uses a proven method for measuring ruck performance. Record distance, time, carried load, terrain—including treadmill—and heart rate to capture the details of each ruck.

TRAIN WITH APPLE WATCH

Track workouts and rucks from Apple Watch, with key session metrics available while you train.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account is required. Your training data stays on your device. P2S offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a one-time Pro purchase for continued access. No recurring subscription.
