You already know there’s a lot of fraud involved in this business so if you just made an app that shows the charges like any normal company does, we’d be able to tell the real charges apart from fraud. Sending real time notifications for those charges would help people know if their device was used illegally - just like bank or CC charge alerts. It’s not that difficult. I see why there are so many people that remove or change their license plates when going through tolls. You don’t have a problem taking our hard earned money but you don’t invest in building an app that’s user friendly. Even your mobile site is so bad that I have to get on a computer to pay my bill or look at statements. Nothing about your company or services is outstanding; you ought to be ashamed of your business model. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-03-12* Tells me to follow the directions the transponder gives every single time. Never a green light. Which we all do anyways. Wrong! But in fact it has only 4! GOOD reviews, other 90% of reviews are 1-star. So the real rating must be shown around 1.2 ⭐️ out of 5⭐️. Worthless, useless, stupid app, doesn’t help at all.. While PrePass Tech Support has been helpful, they have not been able to resolve the issue. Let’s me know up ahead truck parking & rest areas. I use it all over America. Another tool in my bag to be more efficient. ### 4/5 — Great app, but… *2024-01-21* This is a great app, but it just keeps launching on its own. I keep closing it, yet it’ll just open itself up randomly. It works really well.
