Containers you actually use

PrepFlow now speaks in real containers instead of vague "portions."
Pick from 27 standard sizes — hotel pans in three depths, Cambros,
bottles — or add your own.

• Assign every size an item is made in, and choose which one is primary
• Prep two sizes in one run: 3 third pans and 2 sixth pans, one print
• Count an item across two container types at once
• Labels name the exact container the food is in

Know what a return really cost

Menu items are a new kind of item — things you sell rather than make.
When one comes back, record why (overcooked, wrong order, allergy) and
how it was settled: remade, refunded, both, or neither. PrepFlow works
out what each outcome actually cost you, and your dashboard totals it.
A meal the guest paid for and simply didn't finish costs you nothing,
and now it's counted that way.

Permissions that apply everywhere

Ticking a permission grants access and unticking it removes access —
for every permission, including Prep, Daily Count, Waste and Shift
Notes. Screens someone can't use no longer show in their menu, and
changes take effect as soon as they reopen the app.

A printer for every location

Set up a printer per location. PrepFlow remembers where you're
working and prints there, even after you close the app.

• A busy printer is retried instead of failing, and printer errors
  now say what's actually wrong
• Items show their real container everywhere, never "portions"
• New items ask you to choose a size instead of guessing one
• Managers can no longer edit or deactivate an owner account

This update brings batch and two-bin prep items fully into PrepFlow, plus a smoother daily workflow:

• Batch & two-bin items now show up everywhere — they appear on your prep and count lists with a clear "make this much" amount instead of being left out.

• Smarter Daily Count — every item now shows what's needed (par, bin, or batch), and the number updates live as you enter your counts.

• One unified prep list — everything that needs attention, including batch and two-bin restocks, is now in a single "Items Need Attention" list, and you can tap any of them to add and print labels.

• One-tap suggestions for every type — accept recommended day-of-week pars, batch daily usage, and two-bin sizes right from the dashboard.

• Cleaner item setup — the editor now shows only the settings that apply to each prep type, with a starting-usage option to get new batch items going from day one.

• Fix: Signing out now logs out just your employee account (PIN) — not the whole restaurant.
