It is worthless, you won’t get any benefit from it. It will also stress you out the way it was designed. You answer one question, and do something else’s like answer you call, they kick you out and give you a score of Zero. Also I didn’t see any questions in the test. I regret paying them for the app the monthly subscription. I used YouTube and it was the best.

I think you should be able to select the state you are studying for since the laws and rules in each state can differ

I have not passed using this app yet, tested 2x and it is slightly expensive. There are categories that are on the tests and not offered in the app. Please add for future studies: business conduct & practices, disciplinary procedures, brokerage relationships, educational requirements, general rules, transfer of title, contracts, property ownership. If you look at the categories on PSI you will find the testing content areas. This should help other people studying. Thank you, also the app is super easy to use.
