I have bought a subscription in last year forJunior assistant exam . But i did not get test series nor course notes . so i choose to contact the prepp team multiple times but neither I got any call back nor any reply on email .  I have got a call today from one of your executive . He asked me to delete the review from app store and besides this my subscription refund shall be made . But I denied . He cut the phone instantly .
