## What is PrepPar?

PrepPar turns an on-hand count into a station-based kitchen prep board. Enter what is usable now, compare it with the selected day's par, and see how many whole batches to make along with an estimated production time.

Mark prep lines complete as the shift moves, log usage, waste, or an 86, and review suggested pars from your own local usage history. Suggestions never change a par until you choose to apply them.
