### 1/5 — Not user-friendly

*2026-04-19*

I’m really disappointed. I paid for a year and I can’t even use it every time. I’ve tried to save anything it doesn’t save. There’s no scanning feature so you have to type everything in. There’s no tutorials on how to use it so it’s complicated. Unless you know how to use it they give you a very brief descriptions on what everything is, but no tutorial on how to use. It would not recommend and now I’m out money.

**Developer response:** I am truly sorry to hear about your extremely disappointing experience with our product. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to resolving these issues and making things right for you and to improve the product.

Here's how we plan to address your concerns:

Reliability and Saving Issues: The fact that you "can’t even use it every time" and that it "doesn’t save" anything are critical bugs that need immediate investigation. Our technical team will prioritize identifying and fixing these issues, but it will be helpful with a more detailed description of what exactly is failing to load or save.

Insufficient Tutorials and Guidance: We recognize that our current guidance is insufficient, making the product complicated to use. We will develop more comprehensive, step-by-step tutorials and improved documentation to ensure you can easily understand and utilize all features. A "reset tutorial feature" is ready in the next version and will shortly be available.

Regarding Your Investment: We absolutely do not want you to feel you've wasted your money. Once we understand the specific issues you're facing, we will discuss appropriate options, which could include a refund, an extension of your subscription once issues are resolved, or other forms of compensation.

We are dedicated to improving our product and regaining your trust, so please contact us directly at support@avimedia.no. This will allow us to provide personalized assistance to resolve your situation promptly.

### 1/5 — Great Concept But Poor Execution!

*2026-02-10*

This app is so buggy I finally gave up. I spent hours adding data only to have the app delete it all and set back defaults. This app needs some serious rework and testing before going live. I don’t recommend this app at this time!

**Developer response:** We are so incredibly sorry to hear about your experience! We understand how frustrating it must be to spend hours adding data, only to have it deleted and reset to defaults. This is definitely not the experience we want for our users, and we sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and wasted time this has caused you.

We take bug reports, especially those involving data loss, very seriously, and we are actively investigating this issue as a top priority. A new version has now been submitted to the app store, hopefully fixing the problem.

Could you please reach out to us directly at support@avimedia.no with more details? Any information you can provide, such as the device you're using, the app version, and the steps you took leading up to the data loss, would be incredibly helpful in pinpointing and resolving this issue.

We are truly committed to improving the app, and we deeply appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Your feedback is vital, and we hope to regain your trust by addressing these problems promptly. As a token of our apology for the inconvenience and in recognition of your efforts, we would like to offer you a free yearly premium subscription.
