## What is PrepView?

PrepView turns your pre-listing walkthrough into a listing-winning presentation.

Snap each room as you walk the home. In seconds, PrepView scores its photo-readiness, builds the seller's prep checklist, and generates an AI preview of the room at its absolute best — decluttered, styled, and photo-ready.

HOW IT WORKS
• Snap a room with your camera, or add photos from your library
• Get a readiness score out of 10 and a prioritized prep checklist
• Show sellers an AI "after prep" preview — before you leave the driveway
• Empty rooms are virtually staged automatically, with a "get this look" shopping list

STYLE IT — YOUR POCKET DESIGNER
Tap Style It and PrepView restyles the room while keeping the owner's furniture — upgraded bedding, pillows, curtains, rug, art, and decor — plus a designer plan with a budget-friendly shopping list. Then take control: pick a staging style like Modern farmhouse or Natural & warm, ask for specific additions, rearrange the furniture, or transform it entirely — turn a cloth sofa into leather, refresh colors, and show sellers what's possible without buying a thing.

SELLER REPORTS THAT WIN LISTINGS
One tap builds a beautiful, shareable Seller Report: every room's Today and After photos, the prep checklist, your personal notes, and the designer plan. Send it by link — your sellers don't need the app.

BUILT FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
• Add a note to any room, and a message to your sellers
• Light and dark mode
• About 15 seconds per room
• No account or login needed

PrepView Pro: 7 days free, then $49/month. The subscription auto-renews monthly until canceled in your Apple ID settings.
