### 1/5 — Send Code

*2025-07-05, version 2.15.1*

They send a one time code but the submit button is below the keyboard (that will not go away).

### 1/5 — Cannot update!

*2025-06-09, version 2.13.1*

I do not have version 18.whatever! So therefore cannot install?!

Why do you require something that manny may not have!!!????

### 1/5 — Don’t Bother

*2025-05-23*

Truly a mess of an app and completely unusable. I’ve tried twice to make it work since the pres people keep saying that all this useful info is on myChart. But this app doesn’t even load anything. There’s icons missing and hot links that I presume are supposed to be there but invisible. I enabled notifications while setting up but when I checked in settings they’re turned off and greyed out so I can’t even use that—which defeats the purpose of the app.

You can access myChart via the web and it’s a much better experience (though some improvement can be done in certain areas and I don’t think the billing is always up to date or correct). But I was told that you’ll be notified of a possible opening for an earlier appointment via myChart and had to accept there within three hours. I can’t imagine someone will be checking myChart every single day multiple times a day just to see if they’re lucky to get an earlier appointment. That’s when notifications via the app make the most sense. I figured the app would notify of an update so you could accept if a spot becomes available. But if notifications don’t even work then what’s the point? It makes the whole thing impractical. Not to mention with how buggy the app is I doubt I’ll even be able to view the update much less be able to accept it.

I appreciate Presbyterian trying to make it easier for patients to know their information but if you’re going to make everything be digital and promote myChart as heavily as you do, I’d hope making the app function well would be a top priority. I’d much prefer a phone call at this point. It’s the reason I also haven’t gone paperless. I can’t trust any of the info on both the app and web to be up to date when it comes go billing. I’ve been with Pres for a long time and hope to continue, but I really hope progress is made on myChart so that it’s usable by even someone with limit tech knowledge (after all seniors should be able to utilize it with no issues and if I—a 29 year old—am struggling to find what I need then I can’t imagine what it’s like for someone less tech inclined).

### 1/5 — Constant crash & SLOW

*2025-04-09*

App constantly crashes and is the slowest app - just like the website. The app is reminiscent to dial-up. Garbage. Only thing it’s good for is insurance card.

### 1/5 — hate hate hate this stupid app

*2025-03-18*

wont let me opt out to recieve emails every single day sevral times a day. cant contact provider. cant change provider. settings to customize app and notifications absolutely do not work. the app randomly assigns me information and tasks that my doctor does not inform me about, i cant acess these tasks, or conplete them because THE APP CONSTANTLY SIGNS ME OUT. I SPEND ALL OF MY TIME SIGNING BACK INTO THE APP SO IT IS JUST A HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

### 1/5 — Too slow, worthless

*2024-11-12*

The app, like the website is too slow. The app freezes all the time. I can never find what I’m looking for. What is the purpose of the app?
I would like to check in for an appt
I would like to see my lab results
I would like to send a msg to my doctor

None of these thing are obvious or user friendly. Can’t you please fix it? Act like a patient instead of a website administrator.

### 1/5 — F this app! I’m so stressed

*2024-01-24*

I’ve called the tech help line twice. They read me my user ID and the password reset says it’s not a registered id (I know my password I’m just trying everything) I can’t get my epilepsy medication without this. I’m stuck in this awful position where if i don’t get these in the next couple days I’m going to have seizures. I either can’t drive to collage or run the risk of hurting myself or others.
Tech support people are really nice and tried their best to help me. While being sympathetic to my situation.

**Developer response:** Hello, we're very sorry you're having issues accessing myPRES, this sounds frustrating and stressful given the time sensitivity of your situation. It sounds like you might be wanting to access our other app, MyChart, instead though. On MyChart you can reach out to your provider to discuss meds and submit med refill requests. Regardless, we would love to get this issue sorted out for you, please reach out to us at DigitalSupport@phs.org so we can get some additional info.

### 1/5 — New app

*2026-07-25*

Can’t login after multiple attempts - always error messages

### 1/5 — Needs Zero Stars!

*2026-07-15*

Cannot even view or download insurance cards. Completely useless app! Physical cards not received and no way to access. Customer support is just as useless. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-07-03*

Do you not realize that most of us out here are not compute geniuses? Navigating this system is a nightmare. You use abbreviations that I don’t have the slightest idea what they mean, you put me through so many hoops to get to where I’m trying to get that I finally just gave up!

### 1/5 — Keeps getting worse and worse

*2026-06-29, version 2.27.0*

This app is basically unusable. The website isn’t much better. The MFA SUCKS!

I’d give it a -5⭐️ if I could.

### 1/5 — Retired

*2026-06-25, version 2.27.0*

Can’t get in

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-06-23*

The app rarely works when I first open it. I have to close out and reopen it 95% of the time so it’s not blurry. It barely works. Just use the website. This app doesn’t streamline anything and is useless.

### 1/5 — One of the worst apps

*2026-05-19*

This app almost never opens on the first try. If it is trying to open but looks fuzzy or out of focus it’s not going to open. You have to close it and try again which sometimes works but often takes several attempts. Navigation can be challenging with many dead ends where after you get to a certain page there’s no way back to the previous page and you have to close the app just to return. Some pages load with ridiculously minuscule text, like the “please wait while your page is loading” notification.

### 1/5 — I give a zero if I could

*2026-04-21*

Ever since they updated to this app, it is massively massively buggy, and need serious help. I have tried to leave a message with technical support, which you leave a phone number and you’ve gotta wait for a call back. I’ve been trying for weeks now to get my chart to work in this new app, which is where it took me when I tried to open my chart and it is horrible. It is absolutely horrible and the developers of this seriously need to look at it. Please fix it or put my chart back.

### 1/5 — Garbage app

*2026-04-16*

This app constantly freezes and crashes. Complete garbage.

### 1/5 — Awful, doesn’t work

*2025-12-23*

This app is garbage, just like Presbyterian’s administrative services. I’ve been trying for months to schedule an appointment on the website and on the app, but both freeze constantly and it is impossible to make him an appointment.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2025-03-07*

Great app, easy to find info to manage my health

### 5/5 — Very nice app

*2024-04-25*

I have had a number of medical visits to my doctor and the Emergency Department lately, and it’s been nice to be able to easily keep track of the claims and my deductible status to make sure they are correct and give me an idea on what I may need pay.

I don’t normally carry around my insurance card and on a couple of occasions I have needed to bring it up using the mobile app to show the pharmacist. It has been nice to be able to call up my kids insurance cards too.

Nice to have one place to go to to get to my insurance and MyChart info. Looking forward to seeing what else will get added to make it easy to to manage my health. Would like to see more info about upcoming appointments and if I have any labs or messages from my doctor to review then I don’t have to open MyChart as well. Just a thought.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that our app has made it easier for you to manage your medical claims and deductible status, especially during frequent visits. It's great to know that the convenience of accessing your and your children's insurance cards on the go has been beneficial. We appreciate your suggestion about integrating more information about upcoming appointments, labs, and messages, and we'll definitely consider this for future app updates. Your feedback helps us improve, and we're excited to continue making your health management as seamless as possible.

### 4/5 — Very slow

*2025-06-30*

Knocked off or back several times

### 3/5 — For almost 2 years I have enjoyed using

*2024-11-13*

MyPRES. But the last several times I can not get past the update part. I have remote bed the app and then put it back I have tried the update which does nothing and now that I need to contact one of my doctors I cannot use the app. Please fix the problem.

### 2/5 — Functionality & Message center NEED attention & improvement

*2026-04-29*

Generally speaking, I can accomplish what I need to however, it needs updating & serious improvements. I have never used the app once where I didn’t have some kind of issue. Most importantly, the entire messaging system (whether it has to do w/ the app or not) needs immediate attention. I ended up having to go into my providers office as I was completely out of my RX, had already stated in multiple messages that it was urgent & upon speaking reception I was informed nobody had even seen or acknowledged that a message was sent. That is a serious problem. I have never not once in my life been the person to demand attention & refuse to leave but had I not done that, I’d still be waiting for my RX to be sent to the pharmacy. This could have resulted in a relapse of my sobriety & that… is maddening. The messaging system has def been a problem for me before but this time broke my heart. I still cannot believe how it could have literally affected & possibly even cost me MY LIFE. Please improve the messaging system. This must be a priority & should be taken very seriously. Please.

### 2/5 — Always crashing

*2025-10-29*

This app is slow and never loads past the login screen. Could be a great app if it wasn’t for this.

### 2/5 — Poor UX and Functionality

*2024-11-23*

Could be a good app, but it’s confusing to use, crashes often, and isn’t intuitively designed. Hopefully it’s gets better and they invest in UX and UI improvements. For now, it’s a classic New Mexico approach to something modern 😂

### 2/5 — App doesn’t allow full view of page

*2024-06-03*

I can’t keep the scroll to the next page visible on the screen in claims. The bottom menu covers the arrow to click to the next screen. Frustrating.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We understand how inconvenient it can be when the navigation isn’t working smoothly. We have implemented a temporary fix for the issue you reported, and we’ll be working on a permanent solution as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and are committed to improving your experience.
