We sing the alphabet song and talk about letters all the time at home, but they didn't seem to absorb that info until they played this. Their favorite game is the ABC invasion game. A cute child's voice says a letter. Your child is then to touch the letter that was said. When the correct letter is touched, a rocket ship will deliver a robot/alien creature, covering up the letter. I'm not crazy about the american typewriter font however. Kids don't learn letters with those giant goofy serifs.
