Also if number of pills could be greater. In my family one person takes one prescription 3 tabs 4 times a day and we get 90 day prescriptions and the app will not allow that number of pills to be entered. Place for prescription number should be on first page. ### 4/5 — Works well, could use UI change *2024-11-30, version 4.3.2* This app is fairly reliable and does what it needs to do. The UI needs done updating on the colors and fonts but ok. This last version added another layer to the interface so that I always have to pick the list to see. Great if u need to handle multiple lists. However I only have one which it should recognize or allow me to mark a default list! ### 4/5 — New version *2024-10-30* Brian. I just updated to your new version. I am trying to create a new prescription list. I clicked on the plus and was able to enter the new name but I can’t find how to save it. Won’t let me use. Return or enter on the keyboard and I see no button to save. I can’t close the keyboard to see if there is a save button under it. Help. I really like the changes made in this version. Until now it was a weekly thing going through prescriptions for refill dates. NOT ANY MORE! The app tells me when it’s time to fill medications. I already found a few limitations that make it difficult. 1. I have found that sometimes after entering information in the Notes field and saving it, I go back later and find all my notes have disappeared. 2. If I use the app switcher from the app in order to look up information in another app, after going back to this app, I’m back to the splash screen and all the data I entered for a prescription is gone. I have to start all over again. Grrrrrr..... 3. In the Notes area, there are no select, select all, copy, paste functions! Why?? Some information about a pill may be in another app and I want to paste it into the Notes! 4. It would be nice to be able to take a photo of a prescription label or even the pill and save it in the app. 5. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Amazing application but currently unusable *2019-04-08, version 3.2* This application has everything that we would have wanted however at this point in the software update cycle it is simply unusable (maybe because of updated iOS 12.1.4?). Specifically, there is a significant amount of delay between taping an icon and app response. Is anyone else having this issue? Otherwise is is such an amazing application! The XR notch wipes out half the “menu” across the top of the app’s home screen. Makes it difficult to get things done. Also, for us old codgers, 16 prescriptions may cover our morning doses. I take 30 different meds a day. I haven’t got to the point where I need a pill reminder but a refill /renewal reminder is a godsend. This is the second time I gave this app a whirl (as I noticed it was recently updated for IOS 12). I’d like to use this app. Heck, I would pony up money if my needs were met. I used to an app, iRxHelper/RxHelper, that did a great job of managing prescription refills and renewals. It was suddenly pulled from the App Store. When I recently upgraded to the iPhone XR - poof.. it was gone. ### 2/5 — Ideal App *2025-09-30, version 5.1.1* I love this App. I can no longer recall how many years I’ve used it. I do have a need. Some of my prescription alert dates are not showing on the Calendar. 9/3 - still cannot get an accurate “last full dose day.” Great app Craig Just opened app today and all my data is scrambled; 9/29/25; what do I do? ### 2/5 — Not As Good As I Hoped *2025-01-21, version 4.4.7* I’m 77yo and take 7 prescription medications, so I hoped this app would help me know when I needed to ask for a refill. Well it stalled and then it only took 4 prescriptions and I gave up when I entered a prescription and it wasn’t there. ### 2/5 — Needs help- not reliable - does not save info *2020-01-23, version 3.3* I save rx info but the app is not saving it officially so loses all info I put into system for each rx I entered one rx weeks Go and it was fine but entering my second one does not work Also the person’s profile name is not showing with rx on the home page I thought more than one person’s rxs were able to be saved Confusing home page Saving feature needs to be more clear by actually adding an icon Otherwise you forget to save when you close the app Great concept Needs a lot of help & better customer support Customer care is just a generic coding site so I’m not even sure if anyone is even monitoring this app anymore which is a shame Bc I’d like to use the app but can’t rely on it until certain features are updated or fixed..... ### 2/5 — Anxiously awaiting update *2017-02-23, version 1.0* I love the concept, but I entered one medication and now when I open the app, I can't get past the splash screen. I want to know the date to better set reminders. However it doesn’t allow me to add the med. I fill out the form and then the only button I see is a back arrow. I go back to the main page and it’s not in my med list. ### 3/5 — Stopped working *2024-07-04, version 3.3* This is the most simple, best app to remind me to refill my medication prescription and I’ve relied on it for quite some time. Other apps force you to remember to tell them you’ve taken your medication each day, taking my medication is not my issue, remembering to refill is, so they all just annoy me. David ### 5/5 — In response to BethmomRN. *2025-06-02, version 4.9.0* I use this app to keep track of everything prescription. I put the prescription number after the name of the medication. I know that I can go in and pick it up the week before that. I also like that it keeps track of the pills I’ve missed, but doesn’t include that in the regular prescription run out date. This app is simple to use and I especially like the addition of the ability to have multiple lists. I created one for my as needed prescriptions. How we, now I have a notification that there is something pending (small number on the app icon similar to the one that appears on your telephone icon). I have clicked everything and can’t get it to go away.
