It took a whole 20 minutes of “hold your phone in the center of the screen” before it finally would take my scans. It worked and I ended up getting my scans but dang it took awhile. ### 1/5 — Not as simple as it seems *2024-12-09, version 5.59.0* The app has great intentions. I finally got to the last round of “tests” to find out I need to enter my email address to get the results. Fine. I enter my information and all these error codes keep popping up on my browser. Now I’m faced with having to go through the whole process over again. I just needed my prescription quickly to order some sunglasses for a vacation but at this point I’d rather go through the process of making an appointment at the eye doctor. Could've saved a lot of time if they just said in plain text at the start what the app can and can't scan (i.e. strong prescriptions or progressive lenses) instead of saying in the app description to read the terms of service on their website to see what conditions/lenses are incompatible. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-15, version 5.57.0* I have the brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max running on the latest iOS and it still says my phone isn’t calibrated. I look up online to find the “accepted phones” and this thing is ancient. The last iPhone is accepted was the XS Max… It’s 2024 wth?? Not to mention the last Samsung phone they accept is the Galaxy S9. I have dozens of identical glasses I need to check over the years and they are all the same pd.
