This app is perfectly designed for what it is. I was so tired of all these mindfulness apps that were just dopamine overloads designed to get you to stay on their app. Presence revolves around a creative idea of giving you a random daily reminder at an unknown time to really catch you in the heat of the day.

Then it’s just a quick, but beautiful journal. The perfect reminder to actually help people be present. Not compete for their attention and screen time.
