Self Check-In / Check-Out: Check in and out with a photo instead of scanning a QR code — your location and time are automatically watermarked onto the photo.
Send Location Now: New button on the Location tab to instantly push your current position — no more waiting for the automatic update after you're back on campus.
Campus status indicator: See at a glance whether you're currently inside or outside the campus area, with your distance shown.
Outside-campus alerts: Get notified automatically if you're detected outside the campus area during work hours.
Monitoring health check: If background location tracking silently stops, you'll now get a notification with a quick way to restart it.
GPS accuracy check: A warning now appears before using an imprecise location fix for check-in, check-out, checkpoint, or QR — retry or confirm as needed.
Photo viewer: Tap your check-in/check-out photo on the Home tab to view it full-screen.

Location tracking now automatically follows your institution's configured work hours and update interval.
Background location tracking on Android restarts automatically after a phone restart or app update.
Fixed an issue where the app could get stuck on the splash screen after a phone backup/restore on some devices — it now recovers cleanly to the login screen.
