### 1/5 — Locked out

*2026-09-29*

Locked out after joining via beta- infinite sign in loop. Even after providing email auth code, I keep being sent to sign-in screen and being asked for my invite code.

**Developer response:** Thank you for raising this to our attention! Beta users who used the “Hide My Email” Apple authentication method to create their account were assigned a unique beta-scoped email that didn’t cross over to the official app upon release. This has been fully mitigated as of 1.0.4, all impacted users can sign in with their account’s phone number. If you encounter any other issues, we’re happy to help and can be reached at support@present-irl.com. Thank you for being an early supporter!

### 5/5 — Amazing idea
