Purchased two templates. Download only available in .pdf format, not .pptx format. This totally defeats the purpose of the app. Lost my money. Then I went to my computer and I tried to purchase the templates (again) from their website. I know. I am hardheaded. Only payment option available was PayPal. When I tried to use my PayPal account, I received the message “PayPal not available. Choose another payment method”. Which one?? Seriously? Updating to 5 stars since vendor has fixed the problem, but mostly because of the quick response time and excellent customer service received. **Developer response:** Hello gpgross, I am very sorry to read that you had trouble with our app. The PDF problem was a bug which was quickly fixed. But you always have the possibility to send a message to our support but I have never receive any.
