If this issue is not resolved and you don’t fix this mistake, I will start leaving negative reviews about this app everywhere. Terrible customer support and a very frustrating experience. ### 1/5 — FRAUD!! DONT PAY SUBSCRIPTION *2026-02-05* I was editing photos and used a free trial. It charged my card after the trial and did not allow me to use the pro version. I contacted “Emma” with customer service and she told me it’s impossible to cancel any future charges on my card. This is an in app purchase and not on my apple subscriptions so I can’t cancel that way. They won’t refund me and I have to completely change my card because this fraudulent app won’t give me the pro version I paid for and won’t stop my card from getting charged next time. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify some important points because the information in this review is not correct. Our app uses only official Apple App Store subscriptions. We do not process payments ourselves and we do not have access to your card details. We have never stated that cancelling is impossible, because that would be incorrect. Developers cannot prevent users from cancelling App Store subscriptions.
